this was a great band from the 90's, their songs were played in every bar in Town...
but hiring shannon larkin as their drummer must have been their highest point... his unique drumming style is awesome!!! so much was gained by taking him on, so much was lost when he left.... now hes doing his shit with Godsmack!!! Rock on Shannon!!! i miss UKJ
80s and 90s rock was awesome because Gen X kids had minds of their own and were not clones like the woeful youth of today...... Any one under 26 should be ashamed of their actions and the actions of their talentless peers......
@jrt880 I totally agree with you dude, I'm only 13 but alot of the kids at my school are like that. I won't listen to or do anything that's the latest "fad."
The 90's had a ton of bands I saw The Offspring a few months back and it was all that new Emo shit, 10 Years ago when you saw them be ready. Godsmack still does well not much out there I agree
They weren't making any money. Their records did not sell. Alternative/grunge took over USA. When I saw them on this tour they played to about 250 people in a club, a couple years b4 that I saw them open for Def Leppard in front of about 15,000
he said " my kids a motherfuckin punk see im a motherfuckin drunk but this im sure you'll motherfuckin see" on the album he dosnt say mother fuckin like he did here
Shannon Larkin is bad ass on drums!!!!!

I agree I loved the 90's and all the Rock that came into the decade, so many great bands and now it is mostly crap these days
Zedsdead1968 2 years ago
music is garbage now:
miley cyrus bullshit
Kesha
Lady ga ga and so on.
even rock is starting to go down hill!
there's still lots of good bands out there but they are all going down hill
