in the beginning when you are shading in the skin tones, when i do it, the shading is all messed up, bceause its liek a solid color, but when you did it, it retained the shading of the skin.. eh i hope u know what im saying

ahhhh ok yeah depending on the picture quality try these tricks or both

1 select brush tool choose size softness etc.

then next to the brush drop down menu says "normal" put that to soft light

or

keep it "normal" and adjust the opacity of the brush to about 35% or you can combine the 2 what I like to do also is make a new layer "paint" the skin and adjust the opacity of the layer theres tons of ways to do it hope this helps

I'm currently airbrushing a face and need gentle tones of airbrush. I know that being in airbrush mode, you turn the little icon on (looks like the airbrush), but I don't like the way it works IE the innitial spray is too intense, which gives a rather inetse spot even at 1 flow. I'd like the brush to function like in photoshop 7, where it was really feathery and gentle. Anybody know what to do?

How did you do the thing with the eye???

i use the pen tool click around the eye and in the upper left corner look for (hover over the icons) "add to selection" then do the other eye double click the new selection under the layers on the right lower side pick a color then under blending drop down menu select soft light and you can adjust the opacity for a more realistic pic hope this makes since and helps

Filter>Render>lighting effects also theres tons of things you can do in here click the drop down menu to get different effects also change the color of the light

just the brush tool, take a sample of there skin tone select brush, select multiply on the drop box, then mess with the opacity to get it just right

Well I can you that there are a hundred different ways to do one thing and whatever you start to crop a photo ALWAYS copy the background layer i cant really help on here but look up CS3 tutorials on youtube that'll get ya started :) as this is not a tutorial only a promotioal video and if your really stuck add me to yahoo IM chex_mix222
