Steel Panther rocks! You guys are smart, nice and talented. You don't need the "f" word or all the (degrading) sexual references to be very entertaining. I get the whole heavy metal parody, but would a slight change hurt? If you would tone it down, a broader appeal, in my opinion, would follow. Well, Ronnie had been screwed over by plenty of guitarists in his time and probably felt he wanted control over his own destiny for once. Viv had, to Ronnie's mind, badmouthed him in the industry, so whatever the truth might be, you can understand why he'd be upset. As for the Black Sabbath era, it was six of one, half a dozen of the other. Thankfully they put it all behind them and had a great few years back together up until Ronnie's untimely passing.

According to Viv in 1984, he was paid about $60,000 dollars as a pure salary nothing more nothing less - Viv co-wrote the music, just look at each song writing credits meanwhile Ronnie was making a few million. Ronnie kept promising to make it right and never did. Then Ronnie goes out and badmouths Viv on a youtube video. Face it, Ronnie James Dio was a great singer, but suffered from Short Man's Syndrome
