The controller is called the PlayStation Analog Joystick (sometimes called the Sony Analog Joystick or PlayStation or Sony Analog Flightstick or SCPH-1110).

It was the first analog controller for PlayStation, which was later revised into the Dual Analog Controller. It's not a particularly rare or expensive controller, but as it's relatively unknown it can range from $15-80+. (I found mine for $20.) A PS3 controller adapter is $20, so this setup could be gained for roughly $40.

This is sold in Japan.

The reason is because I remodel it, and it sells it.
