His one of the prides in Danish TaeKwonDo Federation... I would really like to meet him and participate in one of his trainings...

  • i've trained with him alot of times :]

    he's an awesum trainer! ^_^

    he's funny too, lol :P

  • @Stangeee AND, WHAT IS KEEPING YOU FROM DOING THAT, NOTHING IN YOUR LIFE BEYOND GOD AND HONORING YOUR FAMILY AND LOYALTY TO FRIENDS. HONORING FAMILY DOESN’T MEAN DOING WHAT THEY SAY — IT IS YOUR LIFE TOO

  • What great power, it was treat to watch such a form.

  • ...and he's just won gold in the 2007 version! Way to go!

  • Congratulations and big love from Oslo!

  • Not bad but his a little of start point and it shows on the over all score, we will be getting in the near future a set of DVDs of the World Championships.

  • Master Ky Tu is coming to our dojang next week! ;) I will try to get some on tape, and post it here! :)

  • Kytu Dang is such a great guy!!! I don't like the new WTF Keypoints but we have to accept them. Just a few weeks ago we used to perfom poomse in an agressive and hard way... well the German championship will now base on this korean style.

Nevertheless I love KyTu's performances and I also hope that he's going to come to our international German poomse championships in Elmshorn,Germany November 4th

  • Where is the Kytu Dang i`ve seen before, he used to have so much more speed and power then that!

  • The Poomsae forms have now been updated and standardised so the forms he is performing with regards to the speed especially are very similar to how others were performing at the championships. You will get penalised for going too fast or too slow like how he used to perform the patterns.

  • That's a dissapointing standarization...

  • Hi I don't do TKD. But I am very curious and would like to know why they have standardised the Poomsae forms. I mean wouldn't that just make things uninteresting?

  • I'm a huge fan of poomse, but not the standardized one. I heard many reasons why they did it. Some are they want faster movements which explains the shortened stances. Another one I heard is it's for people who aren't that flexible. But if you ask me, they're rewarding people who are too lazy to stretch for flexibilty.

  • @chansau YOU HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ECONOMY OF MOTION, THAT IS THE EMBOSSING OF WISDOM INTO THE POOM. KNOWLEDGE IS EASY WISDOM IS INVALUABLE UNLESS LACKING IN KNOWLEDGE. HE IS A GRANDMASTER OBVIOUSLY ON THE YOUNG SIDE.

  • You don't happen to have anyone else's performances from the world championships, do you? I would love to see. Expecially the Korean performances...

  • Sorry I didnt get any of the Koreans...
