The moment that is said, Keith looks up and has a slightly annoyed look on his face. I think the reason for that is because it suggests that's all Keith is known for. If it was said here that Keith is an accomplished actor who has starred in dozens of productions he might not have looked annoyed and wouldnt have responded in such a flippant way.
