I have been asking all my friends how to get my hair to grow because it hasn't been growing and I don't put grease in my hair or anything but I do straighten it like every day because my hair is so short when i wash it because I have natural curly hair and they are always telling me to get Biotin it really works .. iam taking biotin now i went from 1000 to 5000mg. it grew a inch i got it cut on September 15th and now its grown in inch! iam SO happy i had to cut it because it was very uneven and i had grown it out for at least 3 to 4 years now it can grow the way its supposed to . i am So happy with biotin by next year i hope it can be at least to the end of my back. thanks for the video! :D

I've been thinking of taking BIOTIN.. I really want my hair to grow faster and my skin to be beautiful.. But from the coments i see that you breakout from it if you don't drink enough water. :( My problem is that i already have acne and i dont like water.. Like.. I drink like 4 cups of water a day THE MOST.. So any tip on how to drink more w/o pushing myself?? Because when I drink a little more than that i get sick.. ><

Be careful about taking such a high dosage of biotin. While it doesn't have a limit after which the dosage becomes toxic (and your body will rid all of the biotin you don't need), if you don't constantly stay hydrated while you're taking the pills you could break out in cystic acne.
