after creating a server and deleting the other one when i try to re-open admin by right click the little icon at the bottom (Around 2:25 in your video) the page that's supposed to pop up won't load. Am i doing something wrong or is just my computer?

They can't hack you with only your IP. Every website logs your IP, its not something you can hide unless you are behind a proxy. Unless you don't have any type of firewall and all of your ports are open, but thats not likely.
