From what Edgar Cayce wrote, the body/soul/spirit make up one being here on Earth. The soul is the transcription of your lives, like a DVD. Your spirit is the eternal "you" and your body is just what you inhabit when in a physical form. Interesting stuff.

I read the book "Many Masters, many Lives", It was profound and interesting to know that many of presents experiences and troubles, stem from our previous life that is carried to our present life. Until we understand and change certain destructive patterns that we may have, they will continue to the next life until we are aware and change it. We are all here for our own experiences to reach another spiritual level.

Agree with you all. For what it's worth, I've studied a lot of Dr David R Hawkins (Power vs Force etc), Eckhart Tolle (Power of Now etc), and a bunch of similar stuff, and it seems that the more I learn the more it all agrees. I used to be skeptical, atheist, agnostic, science etc, this stuff just makes way more sense than the limiting things I used to believe.

I love newtons work, but I am one that has actually felt in whole the spirit of Jesus Christ. I have experienced his power inside my soul and know he is real. That does not diminish what Michael says, but I think he has a slight bias against anything even hinting to religion. That may not be so good since many people will not be ready for this stuff and the sole belief in Jesus is a great alternative. There is a great responsibilty and burden in this knowledge that some people are not ready for.

Weiss, Newton are academics, it's natural that they see life/death as a learning - educative experience leading to a graduation of sorts when a soul has progressed far enough. This is an attempt to impose the human concepts of order, logic and morality on what is a disordered, amoral and chaotic system.

It's also a great way to separate fools from their money :)

I started to remember some of my past life a few years ago and it's still affecting me to the point where it interferes with my present life.  I think the reason why we don't remember our past life is because the goal is to evolve our consciousness on the earth plane.

As far as remembering past lives, I believe some children remember past lives in vivid detail. Also, this hypnosis is a good method for adults. I don't know why we don't automatically remember-maybe it is so we can learn our lessons without any preconditioned motives or thoughts from the spirit world? You know, the hard "honest" way. I am one of those people. For instance, one day when I was a kid, I recalled a memory that my dad had shot somebody, even though my dad is one of the nicest guys in the world.
