  • When I press difference clouds the layer just stays black.

  • @x4alifetimex Make sure your color picker (the 2 overlapping squares) are 1 black and 1 white. Make sure you actually did a full color fill of the layer (bucket tool/fill), then do a filter/render/difference clouds. THEN you can to the repeat action (control/f) It has to have something in the later first before the filter action works. Also make sure the layer you are working on is visible and/or in top of others so when you apply effects you see it happen. Hope this helps.

  • @ccgsales WOW! I can't type today! :-) ..."then you can DO the repeat action" and ..."It has to have something in the LAYER first" LOL I overslept today and am so groggy!

  • @ccgsales My color picker was fine, but it still doesn't work with black but as I figured out shortly after posting that comment I found it worked just fine with a white fill so it's all good. :P

  • i think my brightness/contrast thing is broken it doesnt go anywhere NEAR as much as urs goes

  • @quinscute If u r using cs5 u have to check "use legacy". I hope it will help:)
