I saw Hubert back in 65 or 66 on the Folk Blues tour with Howlin Wolf, Sonny Boy and others (I still have the poster - a treasured possession) and was knocked out by his playing. The real McCoy.

I always loved hubert's playing on wolf records ,but unfortunately never did his solo records.

I think it's really cool to have guys like B.B. King and Buddy Guy and Hubert Sumlin still alive and able to share with us this music they made famous when so many of the legands are there generation arent alive today to show us how it should be done.. nice to know they still are..
