The silmarilion is such a huge story, it contains the complete history of middle earth (correct me if i'm wrong). It is almost impossible to create a movie which tells the complete history of a world.

This track was so hauntingly beautiful- but then I expected no less. I have original copies of Watermark and Shepherd Moons, and reprints of the LOTR books. My expectations for the films were fairly high.

Only Enya could sing 'Aniron', and Peter Jackson knew it. You get lost in it; you can't really tell what the words are until you read them!! Amazing, but no less from the incomparable Enya, to her audience of mere mortals...
