Paragon is great at pve but in pvp it's horrible but i still try to use in pvp there was a good combo with melandru's resilience and aggressive refrain but then they nerfed it to remove the condition and just give u less armor.
Currently im working on a 2 or 3 para build to maintain all refrains the nerf screwed me up now i dont know what elite to use
