Where would you suggest a safe place to make these kinds of transactions? I mean, I wouldn't want people coming through my house. I want both the customer and I to feel safe.

I just started buying precious metals myself but I'm still unsure of how to value a piece of jewelry with a stone. How do you appraise something with a stone considering the difference in the weight as well as the value of the stone? Thanks a lot for your help. - Bryan D.

From what I have learned, it's really an estimation process. A comparable stone is weighed and that is just subtracted from the total weight of the piece. I think it's the best estimation you can get. I'd like to know more too.

I think the video is great for those who know a little about the business. Most guys who start do not know how to figure out the days's spot prices. Anyway, great work but It could use a bit more on the acid testing aspect well. Not many vids like this going around, so thanks for taking the time to post them.
