And I love that she has like more people waiting for her as she leaves than people twice as famous. Like this other talk show one of the interviewers admitted she was a MASSIVE fan! I just think that's so much cooler than being someone like Tom Cruise!!!

Nope, she wasn't in Wicked during this interview. I think they played Defying Gravity at the beginning because they wanted their audience to recognize the song and stay to figure out what it has to do with the interview. This was on the 7th of February, 2008. :)

However, I also like to stay on subject, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought they were supposed to be helping Idina promote the album. C'mon, guys. I think that it helps her to be able to connect to a larger audience. And if you think about it, it is because of her roles in those shows that she is where she is today. But yeah, they should have promoted the album more.

I love hearing about her Elphaba days as much as the next person, but that was mildly ridiculous.
