It's a giant weather ballon, the mod and met office use ballons that are 30-50 meters wide and expand to 100 plus meters when at high altitude. I last spotted one above Tenby a few years ago wich must have been 50 to 60 thousand feet up, but still looked quiet big and just about visable in the blue sky.

Weather Balloon high altitude the color is from the sun shining through the clouds creating colors like on clouds in a sunset, this was easy come on lol.
What I find more amazing is people thinking they can ascertain the movement of this object when the cameraman focuses solely on the object in an almost perfectly clear sky.
Tip: You can't form a good judgment of an object (size, distance, and movement) on an infinite plane (which the clear, blue sky acts as). Only when they zoom out can you even begin to gauge the size and distance. They don't even stay zoomed out long enough to gauge how much it's moving.
Normally I would agree but with this one he either has a super steady hand or a tracking tripod because he has no problem following the object and there is no shakiness. I get really frustrated watching a lot of these things because the object moves so much and the camera person can't get a good picture of it. That is not the case here. They do show enough of the backround for you to see how high it is and how hard it would be to get it to hold that still, although I wish they showed more.

in mexico everyday appear ufos
i saw 5 sphere brown metalic, i agitate a red sweater and the come with me, 2 sphere other 3 wait. i have pictures. try it
dont lost nothing,only you agitate something,they come sacanner the land

Maybe a balloon... but how to change color and glow (for a moment completly invisible), for me is not a normal ballon.

@NemesisDivina1 The sun, my dear, the sun!. Fokus in the videocamera still worked. It's reason of moment invisible!. Sorry, but this time it's nothing unnormal. Possibly it was typical atmosferic probe or some big stratosferic balloon!. But i'm put on that first one!.

@NemesisDivina1 You know it is possible that the balloon is colored like a clame shell, that optical effect of color changed made by shifting the object. Cars have it too.
However I can see through the object so there is no reason it is anything other than a baloon.

Man I swear I saw the same thing yesterday over london!! it was moving faster and out of range quicker but it looked like some kind of orb. it wasnt a ballon cos it had uneven sides and it was spinning. The only reason i checked out this vid was to see if i could find anything similar!
