  • This is Sanda/sanshou (Chinese kickboxing) All chinese martial arts in china is called for Kung fu or Wushu both names are used. There are 1000 of styles of kungfu or wushu in china. So even kickboxing and wrestling styles in china is called for kung fu/wushu. They even use some other names for martial arts, it depends on areas. Names like kuoshu, chuan fa, Gung fu

  • I like this fight :)

  • sanda kung fu = the best kung fu system ever created !!

  • red corner Chinese/ blue corner japonese

  • I'd love to see technique over crude strength.

  • this is muay thai. look at the wide spread arm placements. muay thai keeps your arms to the side rather than in front while many kung fu forms do.

  • @shiroazumari

  • Every martial art styles are good. It all depends what you like and how hard you train.

  • 散打.... 又不是传统套路 根本不是所谓的功夫

  • Kung Fu refers colloquially to any individual accomplishment or skill cultivated through long and hard work. Wushu is martial art. People here in the US don't understand what real Chinese MA's are made of. You can't blame them though. They watch too many movies and the teachers that teach abroad are usually in for the money and have abide by the laws. In China they kick your ass to make you the best.

  • They're both Mandarin. San Shou means free hand and San Da means free hit. I'm sure there are different but similar translations, neither is Cantonese.

  • @jeffdoeskungfu Because this is the nothern style of fullcontact, kuoshu is the southern fullcontact style.

  • @Holomatchi Yeah, I just found that out recently. My friend from Hong Kong does guoshu at a Hung Fung school.

  • they are both Mandarin pronounciation...

  • @cronoacl Ur right this is Sanda, but the Sanda is the fighting form of the kung fu. More like a sport then a martial arts, but based on the kung fu movements and styles.

I'll start practicing Sanda so I hope I know a bit about it :)))

  • Dude u must be such a dick I wonder how ur able to even read!

This is the skeleton of kung fu, wich means its the superficial part of kung fu, and kung fu is as old as China itself

  • u suck!

Sanda means total combat and is military kung fu

The japanese styles suck dicks all the time and they are only usefull for selling ur own ass

    FUCK JAPANESE MARTIAL ARTS

  • san da means "free hit"

  • this is shan shou

  • - -!!that's not gong fu。。。

  • This is a sanda competition, also known as sanshou. Sanda is a component of Chinese martial arts, not an art itself. This is the way people that study Chinese martial arts spar. You can think of sanda as being like jiyu-kumite (free sparring) in karate. Also, gongfu is not an accurate name for Chinese martial arts. Wushu is the more correct term. Wushu literally means "martial art" and was first used in the 4th century, although it was not commonly used until the Ming Dynasty.

  • This was a chinese kung-fu vs Japanese kyokushin karate.

  • i believe this is san-shou martial arts

  • doesnt look like kung fu

  • hahahahaahahhaaah nice
