The ability to roll overobstacles and pik stuff up as you do is a VALUABLE real world combat skill.It's greatly underappreciated and undertrained.I make my guys do it.Lolol I make them roll pick up medicine balls throw it and continue with plyometric bunny hop cone drills then roll their way back to the starting point.Lolol great conditioning explosivity and body control drill.
@ATACXGYM Thanks for watching and for your comments. We were mostly white belts and yellow belts that day, so it was light. Nowadays, we have to pick up two knives on the fly and jump over as much as 4 crouching bodies, or someone just slightly hunched over.
