@Nerusai Women have equal opportunity and can achieve stuff if they want to. It's simply a matter of motivation though. I think a lot of men would work a whole lot less and make a whole lot less many if we didn't need it in order to have a relationship with someone of the opposite sex. Until you fix that women are never going to make as much or progress as far in their career as men do. Plus takign time off for child birth messes up averages.

So you don't think there is a negative influence at all coming from stereotypes that boys and girls have to adhere to while growing up (eg. playing with dolls etc.), the amount of support they receive (boys receive more), how they are learnt to deal with situations (one is taught to be more assertive).

Did you know that 83% of homeless people are men? You ever wonder why that is even though men are the majority of the workforce? It's because if you were unlucky enough to be born with a penis, work isn't a choice. You work or you live in a box. No body is ever going to take care of you.

Motivational strategies are also different. Also (at least currently), having a same-sex role model seems to play a role in developing teens. Lacking these, means a smaller outcome in that field also.

Not to mention the positive discrimination is also not helping completely since it's causing a whole new strand of thought in the individuals filling those positions being less capable than someone else would have been. Justly so often also, but that's not the point of p-discrimination.

I don't go around bribing women to spend time with me so the ones that I've dated tend to be exceptions to the rule. They are few and far between though and that is my complaint. Also, it's not just highly attractive women think they are entitled to free shit either. I have met unattractive ones who openly brag and strategize about it.
