If you are on a really tight budget (like me), I would buy a V-Cube 7 and own a Eastsheen 5x5 as the V-Cube 5 is really, really expensive. But if you have the money, get a V-Cube 5 and a V-Cube 7 at once. You'll save on shipping if you order both at once.
