Individual Values. A special 'boost' that's hidden depending on the 'HEX' of the pokemon. So even if it's the same type and same nature, it has diferent stats. Just another way to diversify and make it hard for us trainers to have an epic pokemon XD
I have a few questions about IV training. I just got EV training fully understood, then I find out about IV training. xD
Like, your videos helped me a lot, but I'm still wondering. Let's say my Pokemon has a personality liking to thrash about, does that mean it is automatically 31 or is there a way to raise that?
Also, what is this I hear about IV calculators? Gah, confusing. Sorry to ask so much questions. :C
example: i have a lvl 19 gibble adamant with its habitat likes to trash about. that habitat means it will boost ur attk of course u kno that cause gible is a physical pkmn. ok and iv calulator is to check ur pkmn iv . u type in all imformation ofthe pokemon and ull she how much iv ur poke has
The cool thing from Exp. Share is that it also passes the EVs
Of course, if the holder pokemon (the mudkip) has the Rus... there is a chance it might even double.
So, It's a really nice way to raise pokemon in EVs ^ ^
Of course, after a while the pokemon EXP will make it harder to gain quicker EVs (since the bigger level, the longer it'll take to fill the EXP bar) BUT! ... it gives you more chance to battle more pokemon to add more EVs, so it's really nifty :3

... and holding the exp share.

It got the same EVs
