I think it is double drop D capo'd to the third fret which would be F major. I used to play in that tuning without the capo because it was easier to sing.
@IneedCoolGuitars I meant to reply to your post but typed in the wrong box about the tuning to this song. Just watch his hands for the fingerings/shapes and you can figure this out. The intonation and the like, that takes a lot of practice and he's got like 45+ years on us. ;)
