this series of Muffy scenes are some of the ereasons I am so fond of her and married her in the boy version people (girls) see her as a slut whose out to seduce men. This is not true! she is a very loving commpassionate girl who just want someone to love her. I take pity on this poor girl and married her and she mis a wonderful mother and wife. Muffy is amazing.

@Simpsonsims16 I think this is normal in HM games. Like if you marry Carter in HMDS, he seems to think Flora is really annoying, but if you let them get closer, he seems to like her. Depending on what path you take, the relationships between people are different.

I wonder why they didnt make flora marriagable in the gamecube version shes a perfect age to be a bachellorette why do u think they didnt make her marriageble?
@Windwakerzelda99 that would make sense if in AWL:SE they didnt make Lumina marriageble because there 2 brown haired children whats wrong with two blonde haired ones? Idk it would have made the game even better than it is (and its great) if lumina and flora were eligible in the GC one

Muffy's really pushy in that game, and it seems more like she bullies him into marrying her (there are tons of hints from both of them that suggest he never wanted to go through with it). I'd marry him myself if only to get him out of that situation, but he just reminds me too much of my own father :/

It's perfectly normal to not commit to relationships as long as everyone involved is honest/open about it. But even still, Muffy only is with one guy at a time, and is very committed for long-term, but then the guys all ended up doing something to hurt her.

It's kind of contradictory to say "too big even if age is only a number." That phrase means NO difference is "too big."
Also, Griffin is nearing 60 when the game starts, and the main character is supposed to be in her mid/late 20s, not a child. The ages are specified in some of the instruction books for the games.
And sheering a sheep is a fairly slow process, so that's a strange metaphor loll.
Griffin's actually around 50. He's like... 48... or 51... or something like that XZD And I think Muffy is more like early-mid-20s... IDK I used to know the exact ages cuz they have them in the manual. I should go find it sometime, but it's packed away D:!

Naw, he took her in when she needed a place to go, giving her a job and a room at the bar. If you marry her in AWL, she'll comment that Griffin is like a 2nd father to her. In the DS games, Muffy and Griffin get married.
It's for Gamecube. They are two separate games though -- they made a boy game and a girl game. The boy is called "A Wonderful Life" and the girl one is called "Another Wonderful Life." The girl version has some other additions to the game, too, more than just being a girl, but they're pretty much the same.
I really hated Muffy at first, but once I started playing AnWL (I haven't played AWL), I fell in love with her right away.
I agree the rivals should marry! I'd love to see Muffy and Griffin get together. Same with Nami and Gus. The other couples could go either way, but those four people should def be able to marry if you don't marry them!

For what? The scene? Just go outside your farm by that exit around 1 in Ch4. You have to see the other Muffy events on the bridge, I think. I think there's 1 for each chapter 2 and 3. I don't know the requirements for them, though.
He's not her dad. Griffin grew up in the Valley and inherited the bar from his parents. Muffy grew up in a city and then came across the Valley looking for a place to go. Griffin let her have a job at the bar and gave her a room to stay in. She was probably a teenager at the time, and that's how they met.
Yes, it's pretty much the same. There are some added features, and it's a little better, but it's not that much. And you can only date boys (Gustafa, Marlin, and Rock) in this one.

I don't like to think of it as desperate -- I think it's more like she just never considered Griffin, because he's so much older and right in front of her. She was always looking for popular guys in the city and stuff. I think maybe over time, she kept getting dumped and Griffin would help her out, and she just gradually fell in love with him without realizing it.
lol I'm pretty sure they have the same relationship in the boy version, and I think you can see similar events (though if you marry Muffy, she says he was like a father to her I think). In the DS game, Muffy and Griffin even get married.
The chapters finish just after so many years. I think the longest one is like 3 years long though X_X;
You can get more records by connecting with a Game Boy Advance game (More Friends of Mineral Town). You need the connector cable thing. Then you have to do a bunch of stuff with Van with him traveling back and forth and eventually he sells more records :)
Yeah Breeze and Quiet Winter get boring :( But I love the one I use :) I only need that one XD

I like Nami too and I'm not so fond of Celia as she is kinda of a happy-go-lucky kind of girl. Plus too many guys/girls go for her instead.

Griffin's actually around 50. He's like... 48... or 51... or something like that XZD And I think Muffy is more like early-mid-20s... IDK I used to know the exact ages cuz they have them in the manual. I should go find it sometime, but it's packed away D:!

It's for Gamecube. They are two separate games though -- they made a boy game and a girl game. The boy is called "A Wonderful Life" and the girl one is called "Another Wonderful Life." The girl version has some other additions to the game, too, more than just being a girl, but they're pretty much the same.

AWL would be perfect if the girls/boys that are left unmarried could marry rivals like in the other HMs.

I really hated Muffy at first, but once I started playing AnWL (I haven't played AWL), I fell in love with her right away.
I agree the rivals should marry! I'd love to see Muffy and Griffin get together. Same with Nami and Gus. The other couples could go either way, but those four people should def be able to marry if you don't marry them!

For what? The scene? Just go outside your farm by that exit around 1 in Ch4. You have to see the other Muffy events on the bridge, I think. I think there's 1 for each chapter 2 and 3. I don't know the requirements for them, though.

He's not her dad. Griffin grew up in the Valley and inherited the bar from his parents. Muffy grew up in a city and then came across the Valley looking for a place to go. Griffin let her have a job at the bar and gave her a room to stay in. She was probably a teenager at the time, and that's how they met.

Yes, it's pretty much the same. There are some added features, and it's a little better, but it's not that much. And you can only date boys (Gustafa, Marlin, and Rock) in this one.

The "older man" isn't Griffin. It's that after all of her failures, she starts to realize that the person she loves was right in front of her.

I don't like to think of it as desperate -- I think it's more like she just never considered Griffin, because he's so much older and right in front of her. She was always looking for popular guys in the city and stuff. I think maybe over time, she kept getting dumped and Griffin would help her out, and she just gradually fell in love with him without realizing it.

The chapters finish just after so many years. I think the longest one is like 3 years long though X_X;
You can get more records by connecting with a Game Boy Advance game (More Friends of Mineral Town). You need the connector cable thing. Then you have to do a bunch of stuff with Van with him traveling back and forth and eventually he sells more records :)
Yeah Breeze and Quiet Winter get boring :( But I love the one I use :) I only need that one XD
