Take some Isphor alcohol and q tip and clean off that yellow dark residue of your ram and other chips, letit dry then tri it again seemif that worked , also chek underneith where the RF is soldered chk the solder joints
To fix your issue, just solder 4 wires from the expansion bus. 1 for video , 1 for ground and 2 for L&R audio. I just did a region mod on my and had same issue. My switch litterly just came off without usein any force. Hope this help. If you need help , letme know
It would probably be worth building yourself an AV composite cable. That way you could bypass the RF section entirely. If that doesn't do it, at least you'll know the trouble lies deeper within the system.

@Utoobyourself I tried it not long after making this video to no avail.
I even tried soldering directly to the pins at the board and not to the pin but still without any luck.
BTW the first commenter suggested the same thing already. :P
