This construction was in Poland. The foundation is 5 to 6 meters deep. This simply would not work in Bangkok since it only takes about 8" of digging into the dirt before water fills the hole. Bangkok is simply sinking between 2" to 4" yearly since it was built on marsh. In fact, there are several high rises that are tilting since the foundations were not built on bedrocks.
