  • Im in love with this bird!!! thank you so much for sharing her with us <3

  • she's adorable :3

  • Thanks for answering. We have a double yellow amizon named Archie. He is quite a character also. He has a very good vocabulary but not as good as Einstein. I can't leave the room, he calls me back. He didn't talk when we got him, but one day he said "WHAT YOU DOIN HUH?" I was shocked. Now he repeats everything I say. He even has my laugh.

  • IS SHE HOUSEBROKEN?

  • @lilstar371 Yes, she is. Einstein is more fastidious than most other parrots. (We don't know why.) We did train her to poop on command when she was about 4 months old. The command is “bombs away”. (She will also poop at will, so she doesn’t depend on us to give the command.) She will not poop in her favorite kitchen drawer or cabinet. We are home when she is in those areas and we take her often to relieve herself.

  • The African grey is in the top 2 for smartest birds on record. They have a good mind and a big heart.

  • 1:43 "woops"

  • does she sleep

  • I better not let my gray see this mine is mischievious enough. Mine's name is Hera. he immitates the cats, and dogs, my cough, she says "go bathroom" "come on old man" which is what I call my dog. "Cher" my cockatoo's name, she will call my cockatoo over and over and over and then laugh like she's trying to drive her nuts on purpose. My umbrella cockatoo gets into things worse than my gray though, and she's messer too.

  • in the beginning it looks like shes doing skateboarding tricks on that spoon hahah

  • I love Einstein, shes so funny!!! :)

    Greetings from Portugal!!!

  • I love you Einstein you make happy

  • How old is she by the way?

  • I love her scooting around on the spoon!!!

  • lol i think shes saying "stop watching telly and pay me attention NOW" XD

  • Hahaha Einstein at the end, "Crap."

  • WOOPS!

  • Aw amazing she looks like she is having so mich fun :D

  • 1:41 (drops the metal bowl) .... woops

    XD

  • Einstein is my cure for depression. If I am down or stressed all I have to do is watch a few of her videos and I feel better. Thank you.

  • @taratkd So happy that Einstein can turn your frown upside down! :)

  • Yes, I can see how enthusiastic Einstein is about...helping. Can you get anything done when she's in there with you? She just likes all the noise she's making, doesn't she? :)

  • @thegaarachan89 She loves to make noise! I can get some things done. She goes to the cage if I need to do "serious" cooking!

  • it's needs a little practice in the kitchen it looks like...

  • Awww this made me LOL! Isn't it amazing how you can train a bird to sing songs, use different phrases and differentiate between colours and objects, some can do math equasions, but you put something shiny in front of them..........................

  • THE RUG IS MISSING!!!!

  • How did you train this bird so well? He actually said whoops and he knew what it means.

  • @Puglover122 I've spent A LOT of time with Einstein!

  • This is funny i like how she drops the silverware i love einstein

  • Wow, she is so....productive! LOL my sun conure hates silverware, too

  • I am searching for a housemaid can i have it??

  • I can't stop watching your videos! I keep saying "Only one more! Only one more!!" Hahaha. Einstein is such a little beauty.

  • LOL!! Somebody is having a lot of fun! Must be like having a toddler with wings. :-)

  • She is one happy bird!

  • can it fly? im only saying it cuz im not sure if its a girl or boy but can it?

  • @bimomoful For safety, her wings are clipped, but she is still a strong flyer and can “fly-hop”. For example, from her perch to the kitchen counter. We have to be careful when one or two wings grow out and we clip those as soon as we can.

  • @4zebird

What does it involve "clipping the wings"? It sounds cruel, but I guess it isn't ;)

  • @BechTalent No it is not cruel and doesn't hurt them at all. If would be much crueler not to clip and have them fly into a window, ceiling fan, or out the door! For a full explanation go to: w w w (dot) birdsnways (dot) com / wisdom / ww19eii (dot) htm (delete spaces)

  • I love how he says "whoops" when the spoon falls on the foor. :)

  • at the start i think einstein said "STOP MOVING YOU SPOON!!!!!"

  • We have the same colander 8D

  • lol at 2:04 :P

  • He's so funny!

I like the part when he drops the bell, and says ''oops!'' lol

  • How do you potty train Einstein? because Cookie is so messy.

  • @AngelDelaRosa101 Go to the FAQ page of my website. You'll find the answer to this question, and your other questions too. einsteinparrot. com/q_&_a. htm (delete spaces)

  • It looks like Einstein is wrestling with the spoon.

  • It Looks Like She Was Dancing With The Spoon! LOL!

  • They must be careful what she gets in her mouth. She can easily chew up and break their plastic tupperware.

  • it was so funny when she dropped the sliver bowl thing with the mettle stick thing on it and when she dropped it she was like whoops! lol so funny made my laugh my head off! u have an amazing bird!

  • *trying to lift spoon, spins around too much* ah screw this! *throws spoon on the floor*

  • making noises, how fun is that! =]

  • 1:43

    Ooopsssh

  • 0:38 fail

  • this is so funny lol

  • Einstein is the perfect name for this bird. she is so smart!!!

  • i love this bird <3 i wish i had one just like it!!

  • 3:20 Wingardium Leviosa!

  • What is the name of the first song in this video?

  • demolator :D

  • "Whoops!" after she throws it on the floor. How adorable and she seems so happy!

  • i have the hardest time getting my u 2 to step up i have had him a year and have tried multiple ways to get him to step up and he just wont his "cage" is his security blanket as his PRIOR owners (not the ppl we got him from either) treated him like a piece of furniture I have 2 cages one for inside one for outside in the back yard and a shower perch and a playpen and the only way I can get him off any cage is by reaching in covered with a blanket or towel and pulling him out

  • awwww he did a 360!! hahahahaha

  • I'm amused the way parrots like to bang things around so they make a noise. Watching this, you know Einstein is working up to finally throwing the thing off the counter on the floor so it'll make a good loud noise.

The metal bird food / water cup is very satisfactory for this purpose, except when it's dropped into the dish towel drawer, where it doesn't make a noise. So she has to retrieve it from there, fling it about, and then toss it overboard. And then say "Whoops!"

  • wrestling with the spoon

  • 1:44 Oops. :D

  • @ATouchOfMagic88 You caught a bird?

  • I hope you know that Teflon is highly toxic to birds, I sure hope when she's in the kitchen you keep non stick pans away from your gorgeous bird.

  • @VinnyG253 Yes! I know! Let me assure you all my pots and pans are cast iron and stainless steel!!! NO TEFLON EVER!!!! (Better for humans too!)

  • @4zebird I've herd some ceramic pans are better non stick than teflon, thinking of switching, even thought I odn't have a bird lol

  • @4zebird hes making a mess hes so cute were did u get him

  • Is she potty trained? Because I have been trying to potty train my african grey so she could wonder around the house without me worrying about having to clean up afterwards :\

  • @Angel4n931 Yes she is, but we didn't potty train her to roam the house. She is only allowed in certain areas of the house with our permission and supervision.

  • woops was funny :D cute.

  • Pstt.. Im stealing your bird.

  • Shes trying to surf on the spoon XD

  • "woops!"

  • OMG this is amazing!! Im an einstein fan!!

  • helping or hurting? lol she makes a mess on the floor then she seems satisfied ::P i love that bird

  • Is she a congo or a timneh?

  • @stewy1897 She's a Congo. A Timneh has white on their beak and a darker (Maroon) tail.

  • @4zebird I myself actually just got a congo. She's about 7 and has a little issue with temper tantrums. Any tips?

  • @stewy1897 Yes, I highly recommend the Positive Reinforcement training. It takes time and patience but it does work if you are consistent. Google: Goodbird Inc. Lots on info on the website and Books and DVD's you can purchase. Mention "Einstein" for a 10% discount.

  • @4zebird Thanks :D

  • I can't understand why some people dislike beautiful videos like these on youtube :(

  • God I hate birds (Don't ask why I'm here!) honestly though, this thing was in my kitchen doing this it would own the kitchen. PERIOD.

  • 2:03 heheheh I think she was really pleased with the sound she discovered :D Funniest bird in the world :)

  • einstein is so cute *-*

  • HAhahahaha; she gets frustrated that she can't pick up the spoon and slams it back in there..

  • "got you terrible spoon, got you, dont let you go !" :D

    einstein music maker :D

  • That must be the left bucket.

  • LOL was he trying to skateboard with spoon?

  • She's very smart and very pretty! (:

  • She is such an angel.

I hope Einstein would live on forever in happiness.

  • haha whops at 1:46 x9

  • l'art de foutre le bordel dans la cuisine..Einstein shame on you

  • One of my favorite birds. I plan to have one soon. Einstein is a beautiful bird. Love you Einstein.

  • ok new saying:

    "Noisy as a bored parrot"

  • it sure loves shiny things :)

my old bird had that aswell mostly with gold and some stone necklaces, she allways tried to get away with it.

  • This is the least helpful helping I have ever seen... but oh-so-adorable!

  • der ist total süß und sooooo schlau echt süß

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • LOL!!!!!!!!!!! 0:36 I COULDNT STOP LAUGHING HE WAS LIKE GOING IN CIRCLES!!

  • Awwwww... 0:23 - 0:28 LMAO get back here you spoon!!

  • @ATouchOfMagic88 thats just animal cruelty, to own a wild caught parrot and hand tame it.

somebody took him out of his comfort zone, his natural invironment and that turns my stomach.

  • @ATouchOfMagic88 Thanks. Feathers were grown out in this video. We do clip them. When outside she is in a tavel cage. Please visit her website and blog. Just Google: Einstein Talking Texan Parrot or visit my channel for links

  • XD 2:00

  • lol einstein the parrot vs. the annoying yellow pot !!

  • She is terrific! I love watching her and she's very smart too. beautiful creature

  • hahahhahahaha, she is like a 2 yr old. Too funny!! I love her

  • wow! this parrot is so talented!!! i love it:)

  • *parrot* DAMN THAT YELLOW POT HIT ME!

  • Is Einstein housetrained? If so how did you do it? And can you housetrain cockatiels?

  • @mouse264 Yes she is. Google this: Winged Wisdom Pet Bird Magazine - The ABC's of Potty Training (also Google) BirdsnWays - Potty Train Your Bird for info on how to do it. I don't know about cockatiels.

  • @4zebird Thanks so much for the reply! :D

  • @4zebird dont they poop everywhere when you train them

  • Clever,cute,funny

  • so swweet

  • thats not cleaning thats messing

  • He is skatebording on spoon

  • "whoops!" aw shes so amusing and cute :D

  • Your video gave me such a laugh! Thanks, but of course, I wasn't the one who had to clean up the kitchen? LOL

  • 0:37 DO DA BIRD TWIRL!

  • What a naughty! :D She toys with it and finally throws it down on the floor and says "Woops!" XD

  • When she's got the metal bowl, I can hear her thinking, "need some corn in here, or some sweet potato......it's GOOD!"

  • what is the best way to teach a parrot to talk? and also i have a little green budgie male and soon am getting a caique.can either one talk?

  • @trumpetplayer231 Just talk to them. If they want to talk, they will. Not all parrots talk, so you shouldn't get one for that reason. I have known budgies and caiques to talk. Do a YouTube search "talking budgie" and "talking caiques". I hope you've done research about caiques. They are high energy birds and need a lot of interaction.

  • @4zebird how often do u feed ur african grey or do u just put fresh food water in there cage every day like budgies?

  • @123africangrey She gets fed 3 times a day. A mix of cooked organic beans, grains, pasta with a variety of fresh vegetables such as corn, carrots, kale, chard, etc. A pellet diet is available to her also. You must be careful that the food doesn't sit out too long because it may spoil. If I am to be gone all day, then I will leave a bird bread, or muffin. I make all of this in advance and keep in the freezer. I reheat in the microwave.

  • @4zebird thanks a lot i have a babyy grey being weaned by a breeder and this will help a lot. where di u get enstein?

  • @123africangrey From a breeder in Garland, TX. 13 years ago. They are out of business now. Good luck with your baby. Please read as much as you can about how to raise them.

  • @4zebird Hey how are you? I live in Garland. Do you know of any breeders or places I can get a African Grey for adoption around here? Hope Einstein is doing well. Please IM me.

    Thanks

    B

  • @mbtrader67 Not in Garland, But there is a very good parrot Rescue in Red Oak, TX. Wings of Love Bird Haven. (only 40 miles away.) Google them, they have a website. Before you get a Grey, make sure you do some reading and determine if a parrot is the right kind of pet for you and your lifestyle. They are very time consuming and much like having a 2 year old for the rest of your life. Messy, moody, noisy, temperamental ...

  • @trumpetplayer231 Budgies are often considered to be the best talkers after African Greys. I'm sure you know this already, but do not let budgies interact with other larger birds.

  • AWW i wouldnt call that helping but shes really talented

  • thanx for cleaning the kitchen Einstein hahahaha!!!

  • lol xD "whoops D:" hahahaha 1:43

  • @funnyanimals121

Yea i laughed so hard ;) this was EPIC!

  • Einstein is so adorable! I'm not a bird person but i find her so cute!

  • @0:40 PIDGEOTTO WHIRLWIND ATTACK!

  • haha, so cute

but this ist not really helping, more playing (:

    I love her (:

  • "whoops"

  • Too funny. I love when she throws the bowl down and says "whoops!". I'll have to let Bo (my grey)check out the kitchen!

  • 4zebird is your name ryan?

  • Yeah right, 'whoops.' You did that on purpose, Einstein!

  • Throws bowl on floor. "Whoops!" :-)

  • does she poops around wherever she lands ?

  • woooooow, I want a cool bird like that! She even knew to say 'whoops' when she dropped something! That is so clever.

  • do you guys have any other pets??

i have 3 cats...one of which is pretty damn smart for a cat and i was just thinking of how much it would mess with her if we got a parrot and taught it the cats commands lol.

  • No, we don't have other pets and I would not recommend adding a parrot with 3 cats already in the household. Besides, there is no guarantee that the parrot will talk and learn the commands. There are many words I’d like Einstein to learn, but she doesn’t want to learn them. They do have a mind of their own!

  • @4zebird lol my cousins parrot just passed. when they got a dog it learned to bark just to mess with the dog. it would call my uncle fatty and once it flew away and a neighbor heard it yelling fatty and brought it home they are very smart animals

  • dam this bird has got moves!!

  • WHOOPS!!!

    OMG SOOO CUT!!! XD

  • oh my gosh!! what a wonderful helper you have! My senegal and meyers do the same thing LOL

  • oh my gosh!! what a wonderful helper you have! My senegal and meyers do the same thing LOL

  • She wishes to have hands xD

  • Einstein destroys the kitchen XD

  • oh she's such a helper in the kitchen, she must be easing all that hard work :))

  • oops! did she ever get hurt using some hard and sharp items? I love the way she saying oops!! Luv u einstein

  • its stuff like this that make me think these animals are more intelligent than we realise...

  • LMAO OMG I can't stop laughing LMAO

  • "Bowls shouldn't have handles! What is this tomfoolery?"

  • haha, I love it when she drops the thing, and she goes " oops"

  • Einstein kinda acts like a drunk guy in this video. Still love her vids though.

  • she is like the Original Charlie Chaplin!!! hahahaha Love her!

  • I am SO in love with this amazing animal! How long did it take to train her to do all this? I'm sure that it took many years! She is so smart and beautiful! Is there a certain age that a bird needs to be so they can be trained?

  • I can't say we trained Einstein, more like she trained us!!! We got her when she was just 3 months old and she said her first word at 17 months. Go here to read the story: einsteinparrot (dot) com click - FAQ

A parrot can talk at any age if it wants to, not all parrots want to talk. I plan to blog about this more in detail very soon.

  • shes so cute how old is she?!? im hoping to get a african grey they seem like lovely pets :)

  • After Watching most of these Einstein Videos I really want a Parrot!! Unfountunely I carn't becase I have something (cought) wrong with me.
