  • Apollo 13 A successful failure

  • Very good job. Didn't the launch occur on April 13, not April 11. My apologies if I misheard it.

  • yes it was the 13, I guess it was some silly joke Apollo 13 leaving the 13 landing on the moon I think on their 13 day...something like that.

  • Launched 4/11/1970. Passed the pericynthion and entered the moon's gravitational acceleration on 4/13/1970.

  • Nice presentation! 5/5 stars! The movie does get a bit blurry at some parts though.

  • There should have been an interview with T. Ken Mattingly (he was scheduled for the prime crew but was pulled in response to his exposure to rubeola from backup crew Charles Duke and John Young)...

  • I got a phone interview with him...but didn't put it in the documentary.

  • The video would be a lot better without the squeaky beaver stuff...

  • Very good! I love this presentation!

  • Well done!

  • amazing i loved it!

  • awesome I love the manned space program.

  • Check out the NATIONALS version too!

  • it took four minutes and fifteen seconds to come out of blackout, which was longest ever before. nice video.

  • Very good presentation, it's very professional and informative. I enjoyed it a lot.

  • If you like this one...be sure to see the one I took to Nationals. The music was redone and I made some minor changes with the script and interviews! Thanks for sharing your comments!

  • Very good!

  • This is a very accurate documentary! I'd say it is very professional, 5-star

  • very nice job i did my project this year on Hubert Humphrey but this was way better.

Did you actually get an interview with Gene Kranz?

  • Yeah I did, along with a bunch of others that were ground crew. I even have phone interviews with Jim Lovell and Fred Haise.

  • This was an excellent presentation.

Had the "brain power" that made up Nasa been incharge of The Space Shuttles "Challenger" and "Columbia" might well have never met their perolous fates.

In terms of intellect, expertise, and incredible leadership qualities, Gene Krantz was everybit an astronault as the men who flew in the Apollo program.

  • Nice!
