The last commrnt on CEO pay was BS.... Corporate officers give themselves high pay because THEY DON'T GET TAXED FOR IT. Plain and simple.

It has nothing to do with interests rates, If we taxed huge windfall payoffs and bonuses like other countries do there would be more of an incentive to keep money IN the company instead of taking it OUT.

There would likely also be less incentve to gamble that money on the stock and commodity market if capital gains was taxed normally.

But why is he claiming that while it helps the financial sector it hurts industry and production? After all, aren't industries receiving some of that money too?

The unemployment rate should shrinks from 9.6 to 5.2% in 5 years.

The percentage of taxes collected by the government will increase from 30.4 to 35.4% of GDP.

The US will continue to import nearly $ 500 billion USD for oil, every year.

Even if all goes well, the debt will reach 112% of GDP and the annual deficit will be around 3% per year in 5 years.

Assuming GDP increase 40% from today and inflation remain under 2% over all this period. Wow!
