Hello friend, wish you to help me, I have a Yamaha DTXPLORER and when I turn it on my pc top drummer in her sound is very low, i have to beat very strong, and increasing the volumes of the pieces, I realized that when I knock just ask any one note is played, and when I hit a piece with the mouse two (double) notes are played, making the sound come out stronger, you know a way that when I was playing my notes come out double? sorry for english I'm Brazilian
@MarvinPooper I used the midi input in my Axiom 61 keyboard which runs to the computer via usb, I also have an external sound card (m-audio fast track) that is an asio sound card, so there's no noticeable latency at all. :)
how do you connect your module to your PC? do you use an audio converter with MIDI feature? my brother's thinking about buying dtxplorer, but i think the original sound from the module isn't good enough. thx \m/_
@kerodean no like how u literally moved the flat pad,the one with the long tube that you can adjust the height,next to the headphones you have hanging there
if you had long black hair you would look like joey jordison

Great Stuff! Which midi interface do you use and do you get any latency? Are you using ASIO4ALL drivers? Thanks!

@ditoarch06 Use a midi-usb plug and run a VST instrument on a digital audio workstation.

Oh I see, you just unscrew it from the base and un clamp it then put it on that arm and screw it back together.
kerodean 2 years ago
@kerodean oh ok
should it be hard to unclamp it?
because i dont wanna break it or something
skategio23 2 years ago
No, it should have two quick release screws on it that easily unscrew or might be tight if never used.

@kerodean oh thanks dude

I suppose through practice, and the way you hold your sticks. :)

Sounds fantastic!
Question: those heads look pretty tight (as most elec sets do) - how do you manage to get that good a stick bounce off of them?
