  • im suprised he still commentates the mets games on ch 11 and sny he was good on ch 9 with tim mc carver

  • Kiner is a beloved legend. I love him. Imet him in 2000. I got his autograph. This year, 2010, his videgame likeness in mlb 10 the show helped me get the elusive 'citi field bobbing 4 apples' trophy. Those who have the game know. Thanks Ralph. 'All the love!

  • Yankee FANS ARE SO ARROGANT & STUPID. A YANKEE FAN IS SO SPOILED. IF THEY DON'T WIN A PENNANT, THE SEASON IS LOST. THE PITTSBURGH PIRATES BEAT THE NEW YORK YANKEES IN THE 1960 WORLD SERIES. HEY YANKEE FANS, GET YOUR COLD BALANTINE BEER. WOW, A BALANTINE BEER BLAST FOR YANKEE LOOSERS. "ABC WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS" "THE THRILL OF VICTORY". "THE AGONY OF DEFEAT". STUPID ARROGANT YANKEE FANS.

  • FUCK YOU HOMO

  • What the fuck are babbling about? You're Just another fuck face who has nothing better to do than insult people you don't even know. My 6 year old daughter is a Yankee fan. Are you gonna insult her too, a little kid?? Poeple like you are completely pathetic and ned to get some serious therapy along with a life!

  • @jkmlight oh god cry me a river who has more championships???? no those mets lol

  • i would stay home instead of go to the games just cuz of ralph

  • What a classy and respected man, love you Ralph!!

  • I was at the game I love sports and I am a big time METS FAN YANKEES SUCK

  • met fans have nothing better to do than to blast us yankee fans as usual when the mets choke. how sad! NYY4lIFE or rather LETS GO PHILLIES LOL!!!!!!!

  • I was at this one. I love Ralph. Lotsa royaly at this one. Great to see Tom Terrific. He didn't even show up to this year's All Star game tribute to hall of famers!

  • HEY I WAS THERE!!! it was nice

  • I was there what a thrill to see ralph get honered!!!

  • They should've put more mics around the stadium. I was there and it was much louder than that. You can't even hear anyone laughing when he says anything but everyone was.

  • Ralph Kiner is a true gentleman, a hall of Famer, and always a New York Met, with much class!

  • I was 7 in 1977 when my brother took me to my 1st Mets game against the Reds. Kiner was hanging around near the dugout and gave autographs to anyone and everyone - including me. I still have the ball that he, Felix Milan, Mazzilli, Doug Flynn and John Stearns signed.

  • I was there :)

  • Me too

  • Weren't some of the Met Players jogging in the outfield during this? I guess they don't have respect for him because he's not one of them.

  • That wasn't disrespect. They were stretching out before the game. Go to ANY baseball game and you'll see players who depend use their speed doing stretches and sprints in the outfield during pre-game ceremonies (all of these warm-ups pause for the national anthem).

Ralph knew what was going on. Besides all that BS, Ralph was addressing the fans and media, not the players.

    Ralph is the man!
