@charukrsnadasa I bet he didnt sever his spinal cord, dipshit. Quads and paras dont just get up and walk you tool. Being paralized from swelling or other tweek damage (incomplete para or quad) to the spinal cord and severing that bitch (complete para or quad) are 2 different things. Why dont you sprinkle some oil on a complete para and see how far it gets you.

But, sorry to say, there is no remedy, snake oil, technological advance to make a complete para/quad feel and walk again. Once the human spinal cord is cut in 2, there is no fixing it, yet. You find a way, let me know.
Hello Hailey,c6 quad myself for 12 yrs so i feel ya! Family and friends are great but independence is the key to piece of mind! I was 27 an adult at the time an it was mentally devastating so i can only imagine the effect on a young girl. Every case of a paraplegic incident is a lesson for people to drive safely. Maybe your friend was at fault. maybe she was not at fault. doesnt matter. It was somebodys fault,, right? ...a lesson to be learned. 5 yrs ago, I rode with one of my former coworkers to a strip club one afternoon. Point being: I remember how this dude kept changing lanes. thirty-plus year old dude still driving like a high school dude that just got his car. No accident that day, but his driving was wild!!!
I just randomly came upon this video. Youtube puts random videos on the right sidebar. Has your friend's family been in contact with an organization in miami called "the miami project?" It was started when the son of former NFL player Nick Buoiniconti was paralyzed from a high school football injury. They might or might not be making progress in their research efforts. Marc Buoniconti was paralyzed in the late 1980s, so the organization has been operational propably about 20 yrs.
