I have a serta it sagged after 3 months, was replaced by serta (sagged > 8") and now the that one sags so much I can't sleep on my stomach. My sister in law had a serta and it was replaced 4 times under warranty. They just gave up on it this weekend and replaced it.

Your data is not accurate.You poorly executed the research & findings... A few key points why this review is executed poorly: You didn't get a true "random sample" You got a convenience sample.The 3% margin of error you speak of (which I can only assume you mean standard of error) indicates a 15% +/-.Typically for results to be considered accurate they should be within 1 standard of error. You should consider a stats/research methods course maybe you would be taken more seriously

Notice the date on this video....Serta has come a long way in a short time...As of December 2010 Serta has the largest increase in consumer satisfaction and nationwide sales. Buy a Serta mattress from a reputable sleep shop, not a discount store, and you'll be very please with the quality.

My serta is awful!  It started sagging withing 2 wks after purchase. Serta will not honor their warranty! I would NOT recommend SERTA to anyone!
