According to the BC gov website, "Since the carbon tax was introduced on July 1, 2008, some $848m has been collected." of the taxes collected, these were distributed to low income families, and businesses. What has this done to reduce or eliminate carbon from BC? very little. The plan is to keep raising the tax!!..the result will be higher energy costs..costs from business will be passed to the consumer, who will be paying more to heat their homes, and get to work..how does this reduce C02???

If CO2 levels drop below 180 PPM, all the plants will die. CO2 has nothing to do with the earth's temperature. If you want to fight polution, that is fine but fighting CO2 is crazy. We could live fine with levels of over 1000 PPM and the world's plant life would be very healthy.

Our weather is controlled by the sun, kso stop wasting time and money on CO2.

humanity is performing an incredible geo-physical experiment, over hundreds of millions of years, CO2 has been amassed into the earth in the forms of oil and coal. Since the industrial revolution humans have been returning that C02 into the atmosphere at huge rates. Its a plain, cold, math equation.
