  • Yes. Use a 2lbs dumbbell.

    That's totally worth it and not a waste of your time what so ever.

    Also only moving 2 inches up and down is the best workout known to man.

  • I did these for ages without realising I was doing squats wrong rofl, they work the calves like fuck, its a great excercise.
