  • Some lovely pipework in the loft!

  • They thought that it was acceptable, sing a pallet they rested a hot water tank and the header on the joist where there was a join. e.g. not a straight run of beam.

  • did they move the cylinder and header tank into the loft?

  • We asked them to, but we weren't happy with the outcome. The fitters knew this but kept on that it was ok. We ended up getting compensation from MFI.(Luckily)

  • im sorry to her that who was your consultant it should be on your invoice im sorry to her you feel this way as i can understand what you gone through im sorry to say i give a 100% customer service at all times and i would like to know who solt you it

  • i work for mfi and i can assure you are a small percentage of the customers with this problem, from where i work in leeds i can reassure you that this does not happen and should not stop people shopping at mfi,and b&q and the likes of the others have a worse rate of messed up fits

  • Small percentage maybe, but that percentage is one too many. The problems we endured through your stores incompetence leaves me no alternative than to never recommend MFI to anyone.

Your customer service was a joke and no one wanted to accept responsibility. I'm not the only one to have had this problem. A friend that we recommended has endured very similar problems and like us is seeking compensation for the shoddy workmanship and the pathetic lack of support to come from your organisation.

  • Compensation has been offered but, the saga continues. We've had the bath, shower tray, glass screen, bath and sink taps and worktop replaced. Yet, a fourth worktop has to be installed, as the last one has a split in the Formica. The bath panel has been on and off more than a prostitute's underwear and has suffered damage. They TRIED tidying the mess they left in the attic, not very successfully. It is a year and 1 month since installation and still we are waiting for it to be completed.
