hey umm i have some problems with this. arfter this part, i have done the other OBSS arm and now it says 'put it back to its latch position' well i did and nothing is happening. what do i do
It takes some practice to get it back on first attempt. keep working on it :) you can try and use the Grapple Reference card at the SSM download section. It should be useful :)

In STS-124, after undocking I must inspect the underside of shuttle's heat shield. I move the OBSS there and nothing happens. What should I do???

Then You havn't put it back to place :)

you will need 3 things:
1. after a failed grapple attempt you must open the snare by ungrappeling the arm.
2. make sure your attitude and distance from the grapple point is correct.
3. patience and practice :)
