Peter - I am not affiliated with BPG, but I do operate a snack food facility. Based on my experience, I would say a line like this probably runs 1,000 - 1,500 pounds per hour. I would estimate the brand new cost of just the feed system, extruder, cutting conveyor, oven, and coating drum to be in the $600K - $800K+ range. VFFS machines will run anywhere from $80K for cheaper systems, up to $350K+ for a top of the line TNA.
