I liked this overall. Really nice transitions going into and out of the slowdowns. Some of the other transitions were really rough, but still doable. The only one I kept having trouble with and couldn't process no matter how many times I tried replaying it, was the quick Tornado+Dizzy at 0:19. Maybe let off the Dizzy a little earlier (or tone down Tornado a bit) so the player can see which columns the notes are intended for?
