One of my favorite pieces of music, it's featured in the film, "Blood and Sand" with Tyrone Power. He's plays an up-and-coming bullfighter, and he gets a mariachi band to serenade his lover, played by Linda Darnell, with this one night complete with lyrics. The scene is on YouTube. I looked for the title to it for decades. No lie, but it's known by several different titles. Thanks for such a beautiful rendition!

In all fairness, I don't see anything wrong with the camera work. I'm glad that the camera man volunteered his services for this concert. If he hadn't, nobody would be seeing this video! By the way, his name is David not poindexter and he is one of my oldest, dearest friends... Thanks Dave!
