American Idol was definantly rigged. I stopped watching it after David Archuleta lost. I know America votes, but I beleive that either the judges or the producers of the show pick the winner. For season 2, Clay Aiken should have won with maybe Kimberly Locke as runner up. For Season 7, David Archuleta should have won with Jason Castro as runner up. Well it really doesn't matter because all those 4 are and have been doing extremely well.

Honestly, I think he is better off the way is he is than if he had won. He is with Atlantic Records, a top record label. He has a label that is listening to him and what he wants for himself. 19E which is the label the AI winner gets, changes the artist to fit their ideas and completely changes the artists personal style.

I don't believe I've ever heard this sung all the way thru before. jason does it more than justice and jeff buckley would be proud. jason sings w/such raw emotion and that's how a song like this should be sung. i hope he never becomes "polished" and manufactured like so many are today. the flaws in his voice are what draw you in and hold you there. absolutely amazing.
