What if dark matter are the tunnels created by black holes? The tunnels are made because of the bending of space and time. And it folds and pulling itself together in another dimension. The Bullet Cluster data pretty much confirms DM as being quite real. No reasonable MOND theory could explain that. It's pretty obviously real matter that doesn't interact with baryonic matter, or even other DM except through gravitation. Like neutrinos. DE is a completely different thing. You don't want to lump it in with DM in any way.

The rate at which galaxies are moving away from us increases more or less linearly with distance. But we know that if we were in a galaxy far away, we'd observe the same thing. We don't know if the Universe is infinite or not. But we do know that it has no center.

Space is expanding, hence space have some kind of density (or a stretching property). This stretching property of space is enough to understand the nature of gravity. It’s not necessary to “invent” more unnecessary properties or expressions. Consider that matter consumes / contract space. Dark matter is simply a name given to some type of matter which is not readily observable but is required for the maths to work out for the Universe expansion theories. Science can not continue forward if scientists make stuff up just so they don't have to admit they were wrong. Actually, Science is quite the opposite of making stuff up. That's how religion works. Floods? God's angry. Thunder? God's angry. Drought? God's angry. Fog? God is smoking a blunt.
In the case of dark matter, we have a standard model that contradicts the observation. Good science is dismissing the model, bad science is dismissing the observation. And dark matter - the idea that there's 5-10 times more matter in the universe than can see - is exceptionally bad science. Classically bad.
Darkmatter was invented because measurements of mass didnt work out for the big bang. So they just decided to make it up because they didnt want to admit they were wrong.
One could also argue that the existence of God was made up by some people a loong time ago, because they had a need to answer those big questions concerning life and the purpose of existence, and where unable to do so with out the presence of an omnipotent deity.

If gravity can potentially fly out into other dimensions, making it a significantly more weak force than the other fundamental forces, wouldn't that mean that dark matter could be gravity from other dimensions interacting with our dimension/universe? And would that possibly be why it can't interact with 'normal' matter in any other way than gravity?

The Bullet Cluster data pretty much confirms DM as being quite real. No reasonable MOND theory could explain that. It's pretty obviously real matter that doesn't interact with baryonic matter, or even other DM except through gravitation. Like neutrinos. DE is a completely different thing. You don't want to lump it in with DM in any way.

@supra1 Not stupid. But it's rather more involved. We can see for about 13.7B lightyears all around. Spatial expansion complicates things a bit. The rate at which galaxies are moving away from us increases more or less linearly with distance. But we know that if we were in a galaxy far away, we'd observe the same thing. We don't know if the Universe is infinite or not. But we do know that it has no center.

"Dark matter" is a preposterous ad hoc invention created to patch holes in "gravity" driven cosmology. Over 99% of the universe is plasma, which is negligibly affected by "gravity". Plasmas are dominated by electromagnetic forces on every scale and at every distance. There is no need to imagine "dark matter".
"Gravitational lensing" is a ridiculous fable. "Gravity" has never been shown to have any such effect on light.

Space is expanding, hence space have some kind of density (or a stretching property). This stretching property of space is enough to understand the nature of gravity. It’s not necessary to “invent” more unnecessary properties or expressions. Consider that matter consumes / contract space. Dark matter is simply a name given to some type of matter which is not readily observable but is required for the maths to work out for the Universe expansion theories. It may not exist, there could be a mistake in the theory. If it does exist we dont know what it is , we simply know we cant see it . Does that help ? :) this is leading edge stuff.

I watched one of your videos, and all i really discovered was that you dont know how to spell "strength".
Sorry mate, but you sound like some crackpot hopeful who is convinced that his hypothesis is correct and the scientific community consensus is wrong. Dont get me wrong, challenging existing theories is a great thing for science, but if you seriously think they are wrong then stop wasting your time on youtube and talk to some experts.

But thats the problem - they are not rotating slowly... Alot of galaxies or galaxy clusters rotate too fast to be held in place by the surrounding objects or a black hole (which is often hundreds of thousands of light years away )
This violates the laws of physics, so there must be some unseen force holding them together and that is where the dark matter/dark energy theory comes in

This isnt even the tip of the iceberg. Technology as we know it has only been around a couple of thousand years... The sun has an estimated 5 billion years of hydrogen fuel left, so unless we manage to destroy ourselves somehow - then imagine what we are going to know after a billion years of technological development. Its utterly inconceivable

u3190, you are an idiot. Dark matter is the best explanation scientists can give for unknown gravitation pulls. Science can not continue forward if scientists make stuff up just so they don't have to admit they were wrong. If that was the case, we likely wouldn't have cars, electricity, and Lord knows what else. Get your head straight.

Actually, Science is quite the opposite of making stuff up. That's how religion works. Floods? God's angry. Thunder? God's angry. Drought? God's angry. Fog? God is smoking a blunt.
In the case of dark matter, we have a standard model that contradicts the observation. Good science is dismissing the model, bad science is dismissing the observation. And dark matter - the idea that there's 5-10 times more matter in the universe than can see - is exceptionally bad science. Classically bad.

Darkmatter was invented because measurements of mass didnt work out for the big bang. So they just decided to make it up because they didnt want to admit they were wrong.

One could also argue that the existence of God was made up by some people a loong time ago, because they had a need to answer those big questions concerning life and the purpose of existence, and where unable to do so with out the presence of an omnipotent deity.
