  • great video thanks

  • nice video. but i thought dark matter is not so much, i thought it is much more of dark energy? and actually i thought the barionic matter is far less than 1/6

  • It all fits nicely inside a cube at 2:19 and 2:25 with so much depth-anisotropy it's kind of sad.

  • Comment removed

  • If it was warm dark matter there'd be some visible steaming.

  • dark matter is life...the dark is not so dark when looked at in detail...we live in dark matter

  • that would be funny if theres no dark matter just the usual atom strings in empty space which really aint empty

  • SandustanBrasov

And yet, we can see, we can visualize the ethereal matter. The scheme to one device for to visualize the ethereal matter: EXIST! And this device it can realize!

    My e-mail: s.stan65@yahoo.com

    You Tube: sandustanBrasov’s Channel

  • • SandustanBrasov

The matter of the our terrestrial globe has four states of aggregation: solid, liquid, gseous and ethereal and not three after official science. The matter on which we see it, proceed from the ethereal matter, which from cancentration in concentration it had constituted in the electrons, in protons respectivel;y in the atoms of the chemical elements which had overtaken at the gaseous, liquid and solid state. All the matter on which we see it, is condensed ether.

  • • SandustanBrasov

The PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL MATTER is the visible matter with free eye and is constituted from atoms of the chemical elements. The PHYSICAL-ETHEREAL MATTER is a matter with atoms more small with 7..8 order of dimension than the atoms of chemical elements, and the bodies formed from this matter are invisible for the human eye. The ETHEREAL PHYSICS it occupy with the study of the ethereal matters, but which was abandoned in the XX century, because in 1905 A.Einstein excludes the ether

  • • SandustanBrasov But the ETHER is a physical reality constituted from a very small matter, invisible for human eye, and is formed from atoms more small with 7...8 order of dimension than the atoms of the chemical elements. The matter of the ether penetrate in all the visible bodies and is the physical matter which fills both the interplanetary space and the interatomic space. The ether is a matter with mass and weigth, being subdued and she the action of the universal attraction law.

  • • SandustanBrasov

The science has and history. In the Fundamental Principle of Democrit(470..380BC) it show:"From nothing nothing's born, nothing that exist can not be destroyed and any transformation consist from a reunion and separation...Out of atoms and ether. all rest is not otherwise than rationament and not exist...The spirit as well as the ether consist of a small and spherical atoms, very mobile, atoms that their movement form the phenomenon of life".

  • • SandustanBrasov

The notion of dark matter and dark energy proceed from theoretical physics, from relativity theory of the A. Einstein, from the mistaken interpretation of the physical reality. Something exist indeed: and matter and energy; but is the much ethereal matter and the her energys from the her frame. Dark energy and cosmic acceleration are a failure of relativity of the Einstein.

  • • SandustanBrasov In 1905, A.Einstein conclude that the ether hasn't a correspondent in reality and constitute not a medium which let can serve as reference system. Thus Einstein renounced to the ether notion and absolute space and emits the two restricted relativity principles. By it content the second principle excludes the ether, impose as limit of bodies' movement - the light speed - and denatured completely the classic dynamics reality.

  • If you can't make a bomb with it, you WON'T get funding... :-(

  • If gravity can potentially fly out into other dimensions, making it a significantly more weak force than the other fundamental forces, wouldn't that mean that dark matter could be gravity from other dimensions interacting with our dimension/universe? And would that possibly be why it can't interact with 'normal' matter in any other way than gravity?

    Just a thought.

  • Is it just me, or does this visualisation bear a stark similarity to videos of branes? Could this in fact be the detection of the brane in which the 11th dimension, and therefore gravity, resides?

  • Ok ... Next problem ... Just ask me ...!

  • Simple - Dark Matter is the residue of Black Holes, like smoke from a chimney stack. Black holes rearrange the frequency of all matter, hence their appearance of disappearing. Dark Matter are the dead strings of matter, no longer visible to us! There ... Solved!

  • How can u map the universe in 3D when time if everywhere different, not only when it reaches us, but actuall time in a denser place goes slower then in a place with nothing.

  • space is a ocean :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) gravity is a hole in the space made by matter .... and when you made hole where go the substance from the hole? .... in the hill or dark matter but is not matter is same oposit thing :D gravity-anti gravity :) ... dark matter is a hill of emty space or empty space with hight pressure ... my mistake this is dark energy :) :D dark matter is inertion of hole ... gravity without matter like dopler effect

  • You're all wrong. Dark Matter is pooped out by tiny little intelligent creatures that eat animals 50 times their size.

  • I was thinking hard this evening. I thought about dark matter...

What if dark matter are the tunnels created by black holes? The tunnels are made because of the bending of space and time. And it folds and pulling itself together in another dimension. And it creates like a super network system between the black holes. And its affecting us in this dimension by bending the light? And the map we made is only what it would look like in our dimension, in another dimension it would be a tunnel system.

  • the matter in our universe had to come from some where. Matter cannot be created nor destroyed, only changed from one form to another, and I am saying that black holes process the mass that falls into it to make dark matter, and the Dark Matter Universe could a Bose-Einstein Condensate, and during the Big Bang was released into the universe as we now know it, See video for domo.

  • it's not as intense as red matter.

  • dark matter is a living cold seen but not felt magnetic mass. She is like water but different she is the mother of all that is created because she is the matter that makes all things as we see it even us.We live inside of her woom. The question is why is she dark. Why is water clear LOL different subject

  • u can use dark matter in lbp

  • All evidence of dark matter is circumstantial. I think gravity is not understdood properly as yet. A unified theory of everything would finally remove "Dark Matter" and "Dark Energy" from physics and we will look back and laugh some day. (Like every other theory which is based on such type of evidence).

  • @cha0sth30ri No. Evidence of Dark Matter is quite concrete. But I can understand where you might get such an impression. DM is over-mystified and badly named. The Bullet Cluster data pretty much confirms DM as being quite real. No reasonable MOND theory could explain that. It's pretty obviously real matter that doesn't interact with baryonic matter, or even other DM except through gravitation. Like neutrinos. DE is a completely different thing. You don't want to lump it in with DM in any way.

  • May be a stupid question, but for some reason this video made me wonder.. are we in the middle of the universe?, i mean supposedly we can see until there's just black, but is this in ALL directions?, which i think it is....

  • @supra1 Not stupid. But it's rather more involved. We can see for about 13.7B lightyears all around. Spatial expansion complicates things a bit. The rate at which galaxies are moving away from us increases more or less linearly with distance. But we know that if we were in a galaxy far away, we'd observe the same thing. We don't know if the Universe is infinite or not. But we do know that it has no center.

  • einstein and the amazing stupidity of not being able to account for 96% of all matter in space. instead of putting "torsion" and "coriolis" into the equation, they stumble and mumble in fear... check out nassim haramein, buckminster fuller, etc...

  • @jetrabbiz : He had been smarter than you and he did his research almost a century ago. Don't be a trool.

  • Maybe a possible explanation for difficulty in detecting the dark matter on earth is the relative Size and Scale in order for them to be effective.

A good example: the graviton particle, under the scale of sub-atomic level it has almost puny to no effect on other particles, but gravitons(responsible for gravity) have huge effects on the scale of cosmic size matter such as star, planets, galaxies..etc.

The dark matter could be something that works relatively in large(Comic) scale only...

  • I don't think I've ever seen such a hive of scum and villainy (or stupid, vapid guesses and excruciatingly poor ideas) than the top half of this thread, and that's saying a lot for youtube.

  • sheeeot

  • i don rly understand why some ppl gave this vid thumbs down O_O

  • @davidaznkid only morons do that its sad really

  • i'm impressed with this.

heck i wish i could thumb it 10,000 times.

  • Drool! I wana lick that! Lol

  • Dark matter is simply planets that roam the universe unabated until they are captured by stars. This would explain why the giant planets are in the outer portion of the solar system.

  • As far as I can tell dark matter and dark energy is just the name for what we don't understand, no matter how much they dress it up and make it sound scientific.

It's no better than saying "God made it".

  • @tommart123 No better than saying "Spongebobe made it." as well. :3

  • @tommart123

or maybe it just evolved to be what it is by itself. no need for your christian god.

  • @yakubutsu

My Christian God? I'm not even religious......

  • @tommart123

and yet you write christian and god with big initial letters, how's that not being religious?

  • @yakubutsu Because it is grammatically correct. The reason I put it's no better than saying God made it is because that doesn't answer the question either. Use your brain before you speak you stupid idiot.

  • I thought dark matter is just some fake crap from Super Mario Galaxy that dissolves you when you touch it! Is this furreal?

  • @mariozplaze lol

  • Space is expanding, hence space have some kind of density (or a stretching property). This stretching property of space is enough to understand the nature of gravity. It’s not necessary to “invent” more unnecessary properties or expressions. Consider that matter consumes / contract space. This would cause space gradually to “thinning out” (or stretch) towards matter. And this is exactly what the old expression: “The curvature of space” - really mean. > Click my name watch my 3 min. YouTube Video

  • LOL! NASA is so weird.

    Can't see it.

    Can't touch it.

    Can't smell it.

    Can't taste it.

    Can't hear it.

    And some how its science....

  • @airjeteric Scientists can monitor it's effects.

  • Dr. Jonathan Reed Uses The Link Bracelet - Alien Technology - On Camera. Odisealink. Watch here ___

    watch?v=-Jmm2SaAbJo

  • @ReedLinkFootage Lets put it like this...dark matter is what scientist doesn't want you to know about...Everything natural in space, is microscopic on Earth.what I mean is.dark matter has been around a long time...lol..but there is more to what the effects of the dark matter is, because the universe is finally ending its' "menstral period"...hence mother nature.anyway..the only reason this is being posted NOW.is because, "dark matter" is becoming ACTIVE in space..l"ets see how we can fool them"

  • can anyone explain to me WHAT dark matter is? in simple 10th grade English.

  • @rinkmeifucan in cosmology the Universe is expanding too rapidly for the amount of matter visible. Dark matter is simply a name given to some type of matter which is not readily observable but is required for the maths to work out for the Universe expansion theories. It may not exist, there could be a mistake in the theory. If it does exist we dont know what it is , we simply know we cant see it . Does that help ? :) this is leading edge stuff.

  • @rinkmeifucan Dark matter is simply a term that scientist have associated to a list of cosmic unknowns. Its presence is inferred upon by the movements of celestial bodies. Pertubations in planets, stars, and even galaxies, suggest that something of tremendous size and force is manipulating the course and speeds of everything in the visible universe. In essence, the universe is falling back to its place of origin. That is why everything seems to be speeding up.

  • Big deal. I have chunk of dark matter sitting on my desk. NASA gave it to me when I visited them. Oops, I wasn't supposed to tell anyone...

  • @libtechsk8er In my theory, dark matter is just dense gasses. Such as if led were a gas

  • @RockXStarEvan You mean your hypothesis?

  • Oh, yeah, hahaha, getting my words mixed up :P.

  • i love these talks it makes me feel so smart just from listening to it...

  • If we can get this dark matter then it mean that we

can make a Cloth that make our body invisible.

LOL. Wait for me, Lady bath room :L

  • @likeberly ha ha

  • actually no, that's not how it works!

Theoretically dark matter is actually streaming through our very planet right now...

  • @likeberly

If you don't reflect light, that means you have no colour. Something tells me you would show off against all colours around us.

  • @SSTTEEAALLTTHH

You would bend the light around you

  • @Crunch0r

Which would still show, right? We have materials that can bend light, but making a cloth of it makes you far from invisible. Bending light can't make you invisible, at least not from more then one stance.

  • I literally learned nothing from this video

  • The answer to both you Q. is no. Dark matter is not matter at all but just phenomena reflecting thats that we havent understood the underlying the nature of gravity / space properties. Its all begun by the introduction: that space bends This is an imperfect /unclear expression that in fact have prevented us to reach a deeper understanding of the properties of gravity. We KNOW hat space expands hence we also know that space can contract. Here is the key.Click my name see my gravity video.

  • Thanks for atempting to help but, your gravity video is not very informative. Just a critic. Please take it constructivly.

  • Comment removed

  • No it is not only critical, but a solution as well

Have you seen both PART II and PART III

It is possible to measure CENTRAL gravity, its never done

This is the key we need

  • 1) So How Dark Matter fits in the Big Bang model?

Did it exist before or after the Big Bang and what is its influence on the Big Bang?

    2) How would one study the nature of something that is far and almost invisible?

    3) Why Dark Matter stays as a "cloud" and does not condense into something denser under the force of gravity?

It feels like the Universe is perhaps like a Mandelbrot set and we (humans) are somewhere in its curves.

  • If what you see is light reflected off a serface how do you know what you see is bent?

  • Dark matter = star ship fuel. Simple as that.

Thank you David X. Cohen for the clarification, and thank you to the Niblonians for the supply.

    Ha ha just kiddin.

  • why do shows like this assume that dark matter exists. when did we stop talking about why cosmologists thnk it MIGHT exist? It's just a theoretical concept which solves some mathematical problems, right?

  • You're clearly too stupid and ignorant to understand the evidence

  • I wish we knew what dark matter is.

But, what if when we find out what that THING is, it really ISN'T dark matter but something that we had never seen before? Then we'll have to go on a whole other journey to find out what it is. Perhaps it's just a whole new form of gravity, or a whole new form of matter that we didn't know existed.

Man, just thinking about that makes my head all dizzy.

  • **First day dark matter is discovered**

Scientist : This is amazing! we can make clean, safe power that can last hundreds of years at a time thanks to this amazing discovery!!

President : ...Soooo........ Can you make bombs with it??

    Scientist: ....

  • lol nice

  • @PutNameHere15 :/ No, man. No.

  • @PutNameHere15 your so right!!!!!!!!! if the world would lay down our diverse peoples differences we can divert our resources to make things that will truly benefit mankind. Neil Armstrong said one small step for man one giant leap for mankind. then we all stopped the progress of that leap for mankind for greedy needs and bullshit. humans can achieve much greater things than just wars and riches. we need to make the rest of that leap into the future and change the way humans live. :)

  • @PutNameHere15 LOL! Yeah, I imagine that was the exact same conversation Truman had with nuclear physicists when they were discussing the great potential nuclear power has in creating a sustainable energy source.

  • when your mind cannot understand something it doesnt mean that it is a lie FireXtol!!!!

  • Mind? I have a brain.

Keep using your mind. I'll keep using my brain.

  • I assume creationists don't like this idea

  • creationists hate science and scientist. they are anti truth and anti knowledge ..

so yes they hate all of this .. they are also anti discovery channel and anti history channel..

  • how do you know?

  • its not hard to see that its true * minkey156 *

look at all there video's on you tube disrespecting science as if science is nothing but lies .. science is truth and because science says that most of the things in the bible are wrong they say science is nothing but lies and bull shit. if god was real science would say it was true .. but it does not so they get mad not understanding that if it wasnt for science there life would be so much harder

  • There's plenty of evidence to back it up

  • Uh.... Nope! Zero. Plenty of speculation. Zero evidence.

  • You just know what to say... good work!!! :)

  • Sure there is. So provide some of this 'evidence'.

    Oh, right... there isn't any.

  • lol, FireXtol is soo anal about the universe

  • @FireXtol haha, you nailed it. Good work! :)

  • Mathematically Breakthrough

The decelerating force that affected the Pioneer probes and the accelerating force that had caused many Fly-by anomalies:

1.) Both affect the Earth (and the planets) as well, - and with full force.

2.) Automatically equalize each other (when affecting the planets).

This is today is now mathematically proven.

More science27. com > read the chapter: The Pioneer Anomaly..

Here are the key for understanding dark matter as well.

  • I dont believe it.

  • is dark matter made of the known elements?

  • its an unknown element

  • it might not even be a element at all ..

i love science so fucking much haha

i want to hug some body =]

  • hey im 12 My observatory is NJAA This man ross came in and explained this and I plan on looking into it

  • Eww the big guessing game.

Astrologists just scratching the surface on the universe. We will never in are life time or are grandchildren life time figure it all out.

I like how the comments on here think they know what astronomers are barely figuring out and will take decades for them to have a complete understanding of dark matter.

Goes to show there intelligence. Boowahahahaha

  • "Astrologists"

    ?

  • Amateur maybe.

My uncle Astrophysicist and physicist for Mauna Kea Observatories so I heard it all.

  • Yeah that's what I call them. If ya got my joke yet.

  • If matter contract space its a consequence that when matter moves, then space too is also in motion. Call this space wind. Space wind is responsible for motion of the rings of the gas planets, as well as it contribute to hold the planet in orbits in galaxies peripheries. And for instance also responsible for plasma curling a magnetar and it contributes to that our moon in the past have moved so fast away from the earth, and much moreWe dont need dark matter.. only to understand gravity..

  • Fact is, we dont know shit. Our code or system we use to understand the universe is nothing more then mathematics. How it really works and whats really going on we dont know. It could all be a got damn dream. Spookeh

  • Can dark matter bend spacetime? It bends light, but so does water.

  • it has an effect on the warp of spacetime due to the huge mass of Dark matter, thus it also bends light, but water defracts light, its does not bend it, bending suggests and actual curvature effect due to a force acting on it, defraction is merely a form of reflection

  • ONLY SON GOKU CAN DESTROY DARK MATTER BY HIS ENERGY BALLS

    hehehe

  • Dark MATTER doesnt exist.

Dark matter and dark energy is both property of gravity. Its the nature of gravity.

Mainly we have misunderstood what CENTRAL gravity is as well how to understand the cause of the two gravity properties, 1.) acc. due to gravity and 2.) mass attraction.

Its really so simple, so easy ti understand, as well as the cause of dark energy also is that simple..

    More >> science27 com

  • So then what holds the outer stars of a galaxy together? At the rate that they are rotating, they should be flying away into outer space, but they dont. Something is holding them in place and the only current explaination is dark matter.

  • No.

If matter really contracts space, it means that space and matter is connected. That also means that if matter moves then space is in motion too. Call that "space wind. Its only to follow the main tread: "Matter contracts space" Follow this path and all mysteries disappear. We do not need mysteries such as dark matter or dark energy, but ONLY to understand the nature of gravity. Please click my name see my 3 minutes video and you are now on the track to wake up to a more simple universe.

  • I watched one of your videos, and all i really discovered was that you dont know how to spell "strength".

Sorry mate, but you sound like some crackpot hopeful who is convinced that his hypothesis is correct and the scientific community consensus is wrong. Dont get me wrong, challenging existing theories is a great thing for science, but if you seriously think they are wrong then stop wasting your time on youtube and talk to some experts.

  • i guess they are rotating slowly because of black hole in the middle of galaxy....that holds everything together everywhere

  • But thats the problem - they are not rotating slowly... Alot of galaxies or galaxy clusters rotate too fast to be held in place by the surrounding objects or a black hole (which is often hundreds of thousands of light years away )

This violates the laws of physics, so there must be some unseen force holding them together and that is where the dark matter/dark energy theory comes in

  • I can hardly wait for humans to discover that :)))

i am very interested, but i think we know so so so little about space.....so little

  • This isnt even the tip of the iceberg. Technology as we know it has only been around a couple of thousand years... The sun has an estimated 5 billion years of hydrogen fuel left, so unless we manage to destroy ourselves somehow - then imagine what we are going to know after a billion years of technological development. Its utterly inconceivable

  • like robert anton wilson said : we will become all knowing space immortals

    maybe not we,but future generations

  • @BjarneLorenzen

You said:"...Dark matter and dark energy is both property of gravity. It's the nature of gravity...."

Q: If Dark Matter is property of gravity and there is gravity on earth does it means that the earth is "packed" with Dark Matter?

Q: Some particles have mass. Are they Dark Matter loaded?

  • love this how theyre presenting it as fact. dark matter is hypothetical, a theory. no more no less

  • Well they know there's something there, they have a map of it and they call it dark matter. So the fact is there IS something there.

  • fact is everyone thinks they're a scientist on youtube

lets leave all the arguing to the guys at NASA who already have 2 rovers on mars and are planning on sending another in 2011

  • S-so y-you can't forge Dark matter to make weapons? Damn. :D

  • u f u c k in g dumb prick go hang ur mom

  • well for all of you dark matter is colled down hot charged plasma from the big bang

  • I highly doubt that and even if you do, nothing will change

  • My my! You've a rather large ego! Laughable, really.

  • if u know everything were the fuck are my keys

  • I know exactly WHAT dark "matter" and dark "energy" are. I have answers that scientists and philosophers have been searching for years. I can explain the infinite. I will end religion.

My material will be out soon. It's time that the unanswerable WILL be ANSWERED.

  • Go fuck yourself.

  • Go f00k ur grandma b3tch!

  • what virtualmatrix258 said. And once you put those answers out let me know.LOL

  • Gladly.

  • Your answers have been leaked and I can confirm that dark matter is indeed black!

  • Wheres my waffles?

  • In my vagina

  • Can i put some cream on it...???

  • Haha omg. I love these unexpected comments.

  • when?

  • hey, look at it this way, one day we're gonna look back at the 21st century and laugh at the humans that used to be but didnt know where they came from...

  • u3190, you are an idiot. Dark matter is the best explanation scientists can give for unknown gravitation pulls. Science can not continue forward if scientists make stuff up just so they don't have to admit they were wrong. If that was the case, we likely wouldn't have cars, electricity, and Lord knows what else. Get your head straight.

  • Actually, Science is quite the opposite of making stuff up. That's how religion works. Floods? God's angry. Thunder? God's angry. Drought? God's angry. Fog? God is smoking a blunt.

In the case of dark matter, we have a standard model that contradicts the observation. Good science is dismissing the model, bad science is dismissing the observation. And dark matter - the idea that there's 5-10 times more matter in the universe than can see - is exceptionally bad science. Classically bad.

  • if everyone uses there brain they can actually tell when these things are complete bullshit and what isnt

  • Darkmatter was invented because measurements of mass didnt work out for the big bang. So they just decided to make it up because they didnt want to admit they were wrong.

Does anyone else think this is hilarious?

  • One could also argue that the existence of God was made up by some people a loong time ago, because they had a need to answer those big questions concerning life and the purpose of existence, and where unable to do so with out the presence of an omnipotent deity.

One could also propose that of being some what hilarious.

  • That can be used as a argument, but I still think educated scientists making darkmatter up only because they didnt want to believe the evidence is still funny and stupid
