i do agree with what you are saying in your vlog. i also notice that most deaf think that they have their own rights to do their own way up against what barry said, "asl failed", i, myself, notices that my grammar and vocabulary is not improving. I think i should read book more often. By the way, I am Eric, from Philippines, working as Supervisor in a deaf college. I am also supporting Barry's concerns about deaf peoples' life. I will be happy if you want to know more about deaf here.

I have been getting some nasty comments indicated that I have poor grammar. I admitted that I do because I left deaf school very uneducated and studied harder on my own. I always admire Philippine and always wish that I could sail my sailboat to this area. Lets connect with each other to get know more with each other.
@sailboatfreak65 hello again, yes we have to make sure our decision is balanced, choose what's best for us, not just a second best. i am very concerned about deaf education which is very poor here in the Philippines. i want to collect an information about how to improve education for the deaf. i know it will be very hard for us to adjust that but my mom and i are trying our best fighting for deaf's education. just let me know if you have any plan to visit our country.
@MrFilipinodeaf Hi Eric, yes, your country is not only one, in Canada, we have real bad school system as well. Lot of people in North America couldnt write a fluent English. So do with another countries. I like what you just stated to encourage people to do better to show our deaf culture the best. It is a bit sad about it but yes, it is kinda of cool but it will not help us developing literacy. I agreed with you that you can keep reading to keep your education level stay higher. Hello Alucardthgin, I have known Barry very or extremely well. He is very good hearted person. He do not need any or too many negatives into his system. He is very popular guy therefore the percentage of negatives are overwhelm. Only if those people can be more of dialogue in professional manner. He would invite any hardheads in his vlog as long as they act like adult and debate in healthy. Thanks for your comment.
