  • sounds like a afro american keyboard player is sing the lead, not Paul. Totally weird but the Beatles were open to anything!

  • this version was on the Beatles Black Album. Released on flying pig records (I think, I sold this record years ago), It was a three record set with packaging quality that was very deluxe, equaling the original. It was black with an embossed "Beatles" on the front and serial number. Inside was a facsimile Poster (which I kept) of different but similar photo montage, also high quality. On the discs was Twickingham session material. Unfortunately the audio sucked.....but there was tons of dialouge.

  • I really really hate the silhouette pic of Abbey Road with The Beatles listening to iPods. Kind of makes me want to vomit. Whoever made this should be shamed of themselves... it's dangerously close to sacrilege.

  • these guys could record farts, make a fortune and make it sound good. They, in music, do no wrong. - DJ

  • Paul song (never new that)

  • Wow This sounds so different too the version used in Abbey Road

  • Orig Paul who is the guy who overdubbed at 1:37 (I almost cried Darlin) Sounds like an overdub, by a non Beatle fan who put this on a digital multi track format and dubbed himself in. The rest is real Beatles. It is not a Beatle voice at 1:37, and from 2:05 to 2:08 and at the end 2:32 to 2:38. There he misses the pitch and slides up to it. Sounds to bad to be Paul, John George or Ringo. Even though Paul is singing casually he is right on pitch. The dubber's voice is fuller, deeper.

  • TELL US THE SOURCE COS I`V BEEN FOLLOWING PAUL SINCE I WAS BORN

  • fake, fake,FAKE,FAKE,FAKE,FUCK.....IS THIS IN ANY ANTOLOGY DISC OR WHERE DID YOU GET IT?????

  • I LOVE the "believe me when i tell you uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu"

    xD

    ( ah, The Beatles ...! )

  • Dying of laughing. I love these guys so much.

  • its billy preston song in middle part

  • It's Paul and the Beatles. The tone and playing of the drums is unmistakably Ringo.

Paul had a unique way of changing his voice (Lady Madonna, etc.) and this is one of them.

  • I like more the other version

  • The best version

  • thats not Paul doing the nasally voice singing cause you can hear him singing and speaking at the same time. Its either John doing a funny voice or someone else

  • @GZeusKreist youre stupid,,that is paul....dumbass

  • @GZeusKreist ONLY Paul could hit that amazing high note after You..Hooo!

  • sweet memories, thanks

  • perfect!!

  • Definitely Paul singing. I had to put my headphones on this this one. Ear candy! Thank you!

  • pauls voice sounds better here!

  • @oscarrookie you're on crack

  • Anybody know who plays keyboards on the final version that made it onto the album? Billy Preston?

  • definitely paul

  • What happened to the higher def version?

  • Paul McCartney

  • who's the singer?????

  • Paul Mc Cartney !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The Greatest!

  • Hey guys, clean your ears ... that is Paul ... If you are a new Beatles fan then you have to go back to Kinder Garden ... sorry

  • You're so right! That is Paul, undoubtable!

  • @chupatelo11 I like how after the 2009 remasters, EVERYONE is now a "fan" of the Beatles. Yet most of them can't name anything other than "Eleanor Rigby" and "Let it Be". Hahaha.

  • @chupatelo11 wtf why do new beatles fan have to go back to Kinder Garten? -.-"

  • @Dermaf I guess when you listen to the beatles so much you can just tell the singing voice. john's singing voice is more nasal. John actually hated his singing voice.

  • @chupatelo11

... says the Rhodes scholar who spells the word 'kindergarten' - 'kinder garden'

    roflmao

  • @chupatelo11 yeh paul did the lead and john did most of the backups and a small portion of the song i believe.

  • @chupatelo11 That is also John singing behind Paul is a lower voice. It is both of them. :)

  • @chupatelo11 That's clearly Yoko. Go back to your mother's filthy womb.

  • @chupatelo11 get the 411 straight

  • doesn't really sound like Paul, but I couldn't tell for sure, he had so many different singing styles

  • This is undoubtedly Paul. There are countless demos where he uses this exact singing style, as well as various other takes of "Oh, Darling!".

  • PRICELESS

  • buena version grandes

  • merveilleux merci thank you

  • This is beautiful!

I like this one and the regular version :)

  • why is the vid no longer availiable?

  • Clearly a work in progress.

  • obviously from let it be sessions video nagra tapes and not from abbey road sessions

  • Yeah, those telling Nagra beeps and the ambiance give it away. So which day is this in January of '69?

  • To answer my own question, reportedly this is from January 27 @ Apple.

  • january 31 the last day of sessions

  • correct is from the january 31 sessions after the rooftop concert the last day of this sessions

  • Yes, I must be wrong with the 27th. I may have just quoted this from someone else without checking.

  • very good thanks

  • scaryy =S

  • For Sure a Rarity!!!
