Not sure why it's mirrored but no TV show (especially this one) should end with such a huge cliffhanger! It should've been ended properly with at least 1 more episode or a made for TV movie, just to know what he does to Cassidy.
I remember mid-season telling my sister how messed up it'd be if Kyle & Nate were somehow related. I got the idea right but the wrong person
