@guffnuh actually, both your forms are pretty fluid. guffnuh, your form is a lil unorthodox but diversity is good for the sport. As a fellow bowler with a high backswing, I think we need to work on each other. Critique others, but don't just tear at them because you don't like the way they deliver the ball. You both are very talented.

actually it means you have a high rev rate with high axis rotation....high backswing....your foot is at the line before your ball gets to the line...and you dont muscle the shit out of the ball you might a little bit but not throwing as hard as you can
