I have every Kanye West Album and he is the only artist who reinvents himself. That term is mainly used when artist fall into a fad or copy someone else to stay relovant like Lil Waynes faggit ass. But he truly reinvents himself in every album and every one is in one way or another better than the last.

Rock bands like Radiohead and The Beatles do/did that, for the similar idea that "I did this style of music to the best of how I can do it, that was good, now let's do something different, challenge ourselves, because we CAN'T make another album that way". People always want an album that sounds like TCD again, but Ye probably thinks that was the ultimate album he could make with that style.

The thing about College Dropout, Late Registration, Graduation, 808s, MBDTF.... we will always have those albums so we dont need another album in that style. But what we wont always have is a new idea from Kanye's head. And thats why his logic for making new albums keeps him sounding fresh. I wish a lot of artists took that path with their art
