at last an honest unbiased opinion, i been playing pro evo when it was ISS & evry version up untill 2009, i stoppped playing fifa after 99 cause it got bored of beating the comp 9-0. Pro evo lost its way with 2009 & fifa has come on strong with 2010, played both demos & i think i,ll be geting both this year........YES there both that good.

If you want a true FOOTBALL sim that will give you a different challenge every game get FIFA. seriously play FIFA 10 on manual crosses are realistic passing takes control and you cant ping pong pass need to make space. stop judging FIFA from 10 years ago or is that because you admit FIFA is 10 years ahead

wininng eleven 7 was my trophy pick of a soccer game and cant wait to get this game because i need a live soccer game tham i need to play the game on my system and what do you mean next gen i thought it would take about 4 more years maybe the xbox might take out a hand held system but the new 900 maybe in 2 years for my prediction.
It is ridiculous that both series have been going for so many years yet people are getting excited about motion capture.
Emulating players physical attributes and translating that into animation should have been in both games long ago.
Both games games are very successful and yield bags of money for both companies yet they offer miserly updates each year and expect us to be satisfied.
I kidda disgree with you , pes are killing fifa Word through the grapevine i know someone whos played the test of pes 2010 and they told me PES SERIES will return to THE THRONE AND STAY THERE , i could go on . but email me ? LETS TALK

I would like too see two quality releases however I expect FIFA to be the superior offering.
Konami have taken PES fan for granted over the last three years.
EA is steadily build on their success, improving the game and the entertainment value.
Yes, EA has the deepest pockets but PES had the most loyal fans.
Konami has squandered the good will of many of it's fans and have lost the ability to make instantly enjoyable but deep football games.
Konami should consider changing the PES dev team.
