I would say that this reminds me of Croc Hunter guy, but if he does this more in the future, I think an aggressive Great White, will surprise him, as he will trust them not attacking more as he does this more often. If one stalks him, and attacks from the bottom, I hope he has a backup plan for defense. I think this "riding" can be done, but does not mean all of them will not attack.

And at that moment, there is no room to think or analyze. He should show us a video on recreating moments before usual shark attack scenarios (ie surfing, etc) and see if his theories work. Like when a rider first gets on an unbroken horse's back, they don't, or shouldn't, just randomly jump on one day. They should lean on the horse's back etc, so they don't scare it. I know that a shark is virtually nothing like a horse, but as I work with horses it's just an easy way for me to compare lol.

Biting people isn't something they prioritize. I've encountered several sharks, and none of them even bothered with me.
