lol I do love your videos, but as your saying no equipment needed, there's a pic of a jump rope lol keep up the good work though!

A jump rope isn't necessary for that particular workout--you can just pretend you have one but still enjoy the workout and benefit from it. (Most people don't have room to jump rope indoors anyway.) That is explained on the DVD itself. :-)

Thank you Nichole for your wonderful article about being fit and what a fit body looks like. Anyone who sees you as needing to lose weight has a warped sense of what a body is supposed to look like. Size 0 is ridiculous and didn't even exist 10 years ago and now is the standard we are trying to achieve. I agree with you, it carries too high a price.

Before I had my 2 babies I was size 0 but I have always been small and slim naturally. Many of us who are small size can feel bad about our bodies too, not only big people. Now I am size 3 !!! And I am very happy about it. I don't kill myself to be like this, it is just me, I am slim.
