  • That was absolutely amazing.

  • Enjoyed Every Minute. SOLID

  • oi,what form was that at the end of the vid?wushu?something chinese im sure, but it was kinda dark, looked like wushu though, and the vid itself was amazing stuff.^_^

  • it was part of a form called gong li chuan in longfist style, shaolin. ive changed to eagle claw now which has the same form but it is different and much better.

  • wow thats amazing wat happened when u first started some of those aqre high up and thats just wow how u can do that

  • Quite good ;)

  • U guys are very

good, but how old are you, and how do you train to be able to do muscle ups??

And how long have u done Parkour?

  • condition upper body to be able to muscle up....

  • okey but how many chins can you do?

(then I can see if I need to practise them more );)

  • you always need to practise them more ;P

  • lol slipping seems to be a frequent error made by traceurs when doing precision

  • man...i wish i had time to parkour

  • i love your video!

please see my first parkour video!

  • you still live there teg? remember me, the boy who used to watch and dream of doing that. yeah i used to live on reeves road, just round the corner

  • Haha yeah I'm still there, I thought I hadn't seen you around for a long while. Hope things are good, peaace!

  • with this vid, i found your channel teige.

its been now over a year and this was so stunning nice for me at that time and still it is an awesome video.

maybe one of your best videos.

    it had something special.

many basics and a nice nice spot.

  • :o)

  • this has got to be one of my favourite parkour videos of all time i loved the editing

    and the flo was brilliant!!!

  • I can´t download it

are you sure it´s called weatherpeople instrumental

  • nice vid.

    What's the song?

  • Weatherpeople Instrumental - RJD2

  • Sorry but I couldn't help laughing at 3:11 lol :D

  • @Tuna913 The song is a remix of a music from a Dario Argento's Movie .... the title is Suspiria and was composed by Claudio Simonetti w.youtube.com/watch?v=i49BFgziggQ

  • muito fera

  • nice flag lad ow long ye bin practice'n

  • where exactly are you based teg? Cos that aldershot looks pretty good :D

  • that should say 'he aspects of what good parkour traing should consist of' lol

  • ow old r u and btw a great vid, it really shows the aspects of what good parkour should consist of

    -BRAD

  • Thankyou. I'm 16.

  • the best ;D

  • cool nice1

  • To tell the honest truth, I really didn't like the video too much, it's just opinion, not saying you're bad, just the editing, music and style weren't appealing to me, plus I'm already biased because I prefer freerunning over pk, but great flag! Omg lots of strength right there. :)

Well, keep up the good work, don't let my own opinion demoralize you ^_^

  • I honestly don't think that's a very good flag hahah... It's incredibly easy to hold a flag with your body not horizontal because you are supported by the structure of your shoulder locking out, not by your muscluar strength, until you bring it down to horizontal.

  • Well I think this video owns your face.

Don't let that demoralise you though! :)

  • No, you didn't get what I was saying.

It's a good video, I just didn't like it a whole lot, you know? Their fluency and movements are great.

  • like heelllloooo tis luke ere...that was a gd night the day u folmed that...glad i found it...tis a gr8 vid...only thing is,what happened to the jump at registary office, it was an amazing jump

lookin forward to trainin thurs =]..not that i'm anywhere near that good hehe =P

  • you guys seem to have some talent for parkour

  • nevertheless it's so long - it's so cool

  • ahhhhhh i neeeeeeeeeeed this song

    cant find it anywhere :'(

  • such a great training there!

I really like that, some exercices I wonder put on my train

    thankss man.

  • Very cool guys

I have to train a lot pull-ups, I'm so weak

    haha

you really have control of your bodies

    respect from Brazil :D

    keep it up

  • you guys got real good control over your body and these repetitions of the usual moves like these total pull-ups at 4:30 are the best practise for parcour(i use to do that to:P) keep going guys great job!

  • Good Training! I like your videos :D

  • thats why you should always train flexibility, you never know when it will help you even when bailing, if i couldn't split i reckon i would have seriously damaged by leg.

  • Great vid I really enjoyed it! I remember seeing you in "Thoughts in Motion" in "Parkour Journeys" and I still watch the documentry with you in it cause it is inspiring and so are all your vids!;) Also where is Aldershot? Is it in the UK? look forward to seeing another of your vids. Train Safely;)

  • It's south-west of London, in the UK. Near Guildford. Whereabouts do you live? (Glad you enjoy the videos matey).

  • I live in Nottingham

  • he calum! you know the bit when u bail, if u pause it at the right moment, it looks like your doin the splits hahaha

  • Yeah, if you pause at 03:09 :)

    Really nice training!

  • hey! nice stuff guys, luvin the strength work u were doin teige, on the basketball net. calum, the ending was really dark, couldnt see very well, but was that a Kung Fu form, if yes which one was it? your purple sash one? Peace out

    Emerson

  • Where are some good places to do parkour? I'm living in Colorado and me and my buddy only really do it at local parks because we can't seem to find any good buildings or anything.

Any recommendations on spots or what kinds of locations to look out for? THANKS! GOOD JOB GUYS LOOKS AWSOME

  • Type in... Demon Parkour, i think he trains in colorado and may have a few good spots on his cids. :D

  • Properly good stuff guys.

  • you guys have UPS and balance ^^

  • relli inspiring stuff! that area looks amazing for training, but so is round here, so im happy! :)

  • u guys r fukin stroung

  • great

  • this beat is hot... what r u training to be some ninjas or sumthin?

  • Parkour. We train to be able to get where we want as fast and effectively, in teh most simple way possible. It's all about strengthening your body, sharpening your mind, and not letting any obstacle trap you.

  • what it make if you do that move start left ??? I dont get it

  • nice place^^

  • very nice =D

  • i love your videos man, always inspiring to watch. gives a real sense of what parkour is. keep it up!

  • amazing! i love it

  • A pleasure to watch Parkour in its essence in this clip. Great lines, fluid moves and sweet muscle-ups. Keep up the excellent training guys, cheers Zeno

  • awesome video! hypnotic....

    you must have monkey blood.

    i love the soundtrack too.

  • cool video..and that beat is tite

  • Tegie mate, i love you and callum! that video was some sick footage with an awsome edit and soundtrack. Whereabouts is Aldershot? Might be going down that ways for a little tour in the future maybe. Hope to train with you lot soon.

    Rory

  • 15 minutes train journey from guildford. south-west of london.

  • alright, ill be heading down that way in the summer time with the group of guys i train with. ill check with you later about it.

    peace

  • Very cool. i love to see more of training vids like this and l1consolable. *Favourited*

  • can somebody tell me ?? I alweys see grey pants on parkour trainers

  • Nice fluidity and very, very nice balance. Your precisions are good too! 5 star.

  • Incredible. How long have you been training? what shoes do you where? Nice work! Make more videos! :D

  • 2 years I guess.

Feiyue. Plimsole style shoe to strengthen the foot and ankle, and to stop you feeling a false sense of security and doing things too big for your strength.

  • Weatherpeople? what album it on?

  • Arr its cool found it.

  • Great vid guys, have to come down to reigate sometime looks like some really spots.

Whats the music by the way?

  • This is all Aldershot.

    RJD2 - Weatherpeople (Instrumental)

  • ...and by the way, I like the music! It fits very well with the atmosphere of the vid. ;-)

  • Awesome, insane, incredible, amazing, sick...Well, I can't find the exactly right word mate!I like your style so much Teg, the way you're moving, evry single movement you make!...You got such a great and unique style!I'm in love!Really...Thanks for sharing that!I liked every single part of that vid:well done to you 2!

One of the best vids I've ever seen!Ever!

And Teg, you've improved sooooooooo much your climb-ups, you're making Jin look like ridiculous! :-) Haha

  • Hahah, take slow, deep breaths Naim, count to 10 and relax. :)

Thanks so much for your comment, I appreciate it as I really like your way of moving and thinking about training too.

Hope we can train someday. Thanks! :D

  • Nice work there guys! :-)

  • By far the best video in this year. You 2 got some serious skills there. Thats what real strength and parkour training is. Gotta come in England some time and straight to the favs :)

  • lol, peter pan, i know they are wrong, i can do them alot better, was just warming myself up, i will have a look at how to do them properly and train them and the bail only started to hurt after we stopped training. peace.

  • Your style is just ... amazing man. The phone box is funny. A very good video, in my favorites now :)

  • very nice video! only critic: the one arm pushup by callum... these are fake ones, real oapu's are just executed like normal ones but without one arm... check out pavels naked warrior

  • Really enjoyed watching this. That bail looked really painful! Nice to see some Kung Fu at the end.

  • Pretty sick guys, gotta come training with you guys some day, I have much to learn lol

  • i'm sorry jin,but it is just because your training isnt good enough and doesnt deserve and 's' on the end.

    your mistake!

  • AWESOME, oh and jak....training doesnt have an 's' in it you silly boy, only foreign people say that :P

  • good video

  • That was really nice. your climbups are SOOOO sick now. Loved the phone box thing and i love your area. Callum is coming along very nicely in his trainings:-) Only one critisism which is at 2:12, the presicion landing could have been a tad bit more controlled, like try not to out your hand on the wall and stick it maybe...?

  • oh yes that was somthing special

  • Good video man liked it alot.

  • very nice train .... me like

  • good vid guys, nice technics, balance and good beef. keep training. practice, practice & practice!

  • Dude...The Dyno to hang, then dropping down into arm jump position on the bridge was sick!

  • thats wiked, your climb ups are soo good aswell!!

  • not bad but its pretty repetitive and the music rly puts me off

  • shush willy man, it was kimpossible

  • sick man, as usual

    :D
